Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.
You will enjoy upscale living in this beautiful condominium featuring wall to wall ocean views from every room. Truly believe you will relax in this amazing condo and take in the spectacular views from the *** 30 foot curved balcony ***.

The living room has a NEW large 50 Inch LCD TV and a DVD player. Queen size sleeper sofa. With floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, with access to the balcony.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, marble floors with beautiful details, floor to ceiling glass sliding doors with direct access to the balcony also. LCD TV.

Master bath room offers dual vanities and a large garden shower/tub combo.

This condo sleeps 4 guests very comfortably!

Long Beach Resort features beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree islands, two heated Polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, 1300 feet of powder white beach frontage and 24 hour gated security. Onside availability of beach chair and umbrella rentals, jet-ski, para sailing, banana boat rides and more.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

Great location for easy walking access to so much. The curved balcony was a beautiful spot to sit and just watch the waves come in plus the view was spectacular from the living room and owners bedroom. I love that the unit had a washer and dryer. The complex did have an ice machine for us to buy ice everyday for the beach cooler which was wonderful. The beach in front of the units was not so crowded which made it perfect for relaxation. The bed was very comfortable. Property interior was somewhat dated. Cabinets were peeling. Some floor tiles were cracked etc. the elevators were being worked on almost every day we were there but one was working at all times. Pineapple Willy’s was within walking distance and had great frozen drinks and fast service. Even though the property was dated we didn’t have any issues with it. We are looking forward to our next stay at this location.

View made the condo worth the money

We had a nice safe visit the unit is in need of updating for the kitchen and bathroom. Be sure to bring all your essentials toilet paper Kleenex cork screw salt and pepper no little extra pretty bare bones would have liked to be more prepared. Everything worked well. Best beach experience ever.

Nice week.

The resort was great. Elevators working good never had much wait. Pools/hot tubs nice seen clean. The condo was okay. Great had beach chairs but needed beach towels. We didn’t cook only used microwave. The dishes/ silverware could use more but the pans were very used and the pizza pan had rust on it. However I would rent again it had everything close plus I was there for the beach and pools mostly.

However this place was exceptionally clean. The condo had perfect views of the gulf, check-in was smooth. The communication with the rental agency Emerald Coast was greatly appreciated and very professional as we had questions about touristy things and they were very helpful.We will definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else to as well..

The unit could definitely use some upgrades and maintenance. A coat of paint on the front door would go a long way. Bed seemed worn and possibly broken, uncomfortable sofa and the absolute bare minimum in kitchen utensils/dishes/cook ware. It served it’s purpose and we did have a nice stay.

Great Stay....condo needs some more fixes

We enjoyed our stay as we always do at Long Beach, it's really the best beach resort! I read previous reviews about this condo and still booked despite small issues reported. The condo was indeed very clean, great job on that. The front door has been painted. TVs were newer and worked great. Plenty of towels, enough cookware and dishes. Couple of fixes I would still suggest: - Bathroom faucet and shower faucet need to be fixed or replaced, they don't work properly and shower really needs water temp regulation like previously stated by others. - Ac vent in bedroom rattles when air kicks on. - Patio furniture is really rusted and needs replacing. Again these are small fixes that can be done to make this condo better. Still enjoyed our stay!

Not worth the price

The room is very dated. The shower goes from extremely hot to extremely cold. There is no in between. And you run out of hot water within 10 minutes. If you plan to cook, this is not the room for that. All of the eyes on the stove are warped and you can’t cook anything evenly.

A lot of reviews talked about the balcony furniture, we had zero problems with it. Maybe it was replaced but the chairs were fine to sit in and there was also a table. *The floor coming into the condo was broken but just looked bad doesn't stop you from walking on it.* The couch was the most dated item in the condo. Lots of stains but was usable. Our daughter slept on the pull out from it and it was fine for her.* Shower was fine but could be updated.* The beach chair rental was wonderful as we were there in late June-July and it was very hot. Had zero issues with our rental of those.* Pools were very nice. One was 1/2 closed but that didn't affect anything. * Master bedroom was very nice and the bed was comfy. Lots of room for your luggage and items. The ceiling fan made lots of noise while running. * Kitchen was well stocked with items that you would need. I would recommend getting some new pans and bowls. the bowls are "pretty" but not really practical for using. Our daughter ate her cereal out of a cup because the bowls don't really hold much.* We used the grills on the property. They were nice, Charcoal grills. They are located at the ends of towers 1 & 4. All in all this was a great trip and we would stay here again.

The view is amazing, needed items are supplied, like kitchen utensils, bathroom, bedding. The problems were, the 1 of 2 elevators worked and with only the up button, which was hot if having to go up several floors, then down, the AC drain tubing got clogged and I had to scoop water out of the overflow pan, could had caused flood problem, but called maintenance at 830, then called the management office after 10, we did our day and was repaired when we returned. Overall, Very nice place to stay. We did leave some items that we didnt want to pack, we did mostly use items we brought to save for next people. We also forgot 2 pillow cases on the bed, not a big deal. More handicap parking spots would be nice also.

Not good or relaxing

Unit has a foul odor. TV does not work. Everything, including electronics, is dated. Left early since the situation was not satisfactory. Have been trying for 3 days to contact the property manager to work out a refund due to the early departure. He has not responded to my email and 2 messages from the representative in the Emerald Coast office. This is the wrong unit. We were transferred to Boardwalk, room 1504, since we were origionally put into an area we did not want and were not given a choice of what and where. A contact from a responsible person will be appreciated to resolve this unpleasant situation. Reservation # 49651

Not the best condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally booked another condo with long beach resort but it was cancelled due to the resort needing to repair the unit, so to be able to go with some friends we chose to stay at this condo. This condo will get you by, but it definitely needs repairs and renovations. I should have known when we walked up to the door and it was the only door that was rusty and the room numbers were faded off. The shower was either hot or cold, no in between, and it doesn't have a proper shower head so it feels like you're getting blasted by a water hose. It was difficult to get the right temperature to be able to give our 10 month old a bath. Next- the bed was worn down, not the mattress but the actual frame is broken. The outlets wont hold anything you plug in- its very loose and comes unplugged easily. There was also an extension cord rigged up around the bed frame which was a fire hazard. The tile in the kitchen floor was crackling under my feet like it was loose. These are mostly just minor problems, but it made us feel like we were staying at a cheap motel when the resort itself is pretty nice, our room just kinda sucked, especially for the price we paid to stay there. We will not book here again.

Well I wish I would have trusted the reviews previously written. The two reviews prior to mine I didn’t see until we arrived at the condo… And at that point we had already paid in full so we were stuck. The management company obviously doesn’t care about these reviews but if you’re looking to book please look elsewhere. i’ll start off with the view is incredible. There are four towers in this property and the lobby of the tower we were in (2) smelled terrible every single day. It was mopped and doors were wiped down… But the smell was there each day. I was told this was not a problem in the other towers. Overall my husband and I were very disappointed in this place. We even debated taking it is a loss and staying at a hotel. However cleaning it ourselves and buying our own bedding we are able to “deal with it”. Here are my notes: -door handle broken and hanging down on patio door -floor completely filthy. Had black feet upon entering. -comforter was disgusting… Went out and bought our own -pillows in the closet completely yellow -two pillows put on the bed. Also yellow underneath pillowcase -we went out and purchased all new pillows, hopefully the next guests enjoy some clean pillows. - stains on bed sheets - Prior to booking, I contacted the management company on here about water temperature in the shower because of a poor review… They assured me there was no water temperature issue. Well, there was. As much water comes out of the showerhead as it does at the faucet. Also limited hot water. It eventually gets freezing cold. Hope you take quick showers! And can let the water warm back up in between people. Imagine that with a toddler. -countertops and tables were clearly not wiped down before we arrived -couch is completely unusable… Not only is it disgusting, The cushions angles down toward the front basically you’re sitting on the frame of the couch. -The photos of the property on VRBO do not accurately represent this condo. They are clearly very old pictures. -dresser drawers broken (fall to the floor when you attempt to open) - we put sheets over couch and chair to sit on all week. Stay somewhere else if cleanliness is important to you.

Nice condo but Unable to Sit on Balcony

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed in this condo for a week. It was clean and the rooms were nice however the furniture on the balcony was very rusty and unusable. My kids who enjoy eating breakfast on the balcony were unable to do so because of the terrible condition of the furniture. I contacted the number provided and they said they would look into it but I never heard anything else. This was very disappointing for us. Also the water in the shower was very hard to regulate. Otherwise everything else was fine for our stay. I would recommend this condo if the furniture was changed out to something more safe to use.

View is beautiful and I would definitely book again. Everything you need is close so we walked every where. Enjoyed both the beach and pools. The rooms were clean. The shower temperature was a bit tricky but with some patience it was adjustable to get the right temperature.

First time to Panama City

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall,the condo was ok for what we needed for two people. My favorite place was the nice size balcony. The bed was uncomfortable,we kept rolling toward the middle and there could be more dishes and would love an icemaker. Also, the temp of the shower water was temperamental, you had to adjust the faucet just right to not scorch yourself or freeze.
