*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.

This tastefully decorated condominium is located on the fourteenth floor and offers 716 feet of living space and a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit offers a large balcony that is accessible from the living room area with nice patio furniture for your comfort. The main suite features carpet flooring and a full bath. There is a full kitchen that features nice countertops to compliment the breakfast bar, a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a queen sofa in the living for more sleeping accommodations. There are 2 TVs and DVD players.
Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 14.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This was absolutely amazing. The view is crazy beautiful! The staff was kind, informative, and communicated very well. The room itself was beautiful as well. Definitely will have to come back. I loved it!

View was phenomenal. Everyone was very nice. Room definitely needs upgrading the tile grout needs cleaned or changed and carpet was in need of some tlc.

Beautiful view, communication lacking

The condo was quite dated, but clean so not an issue for us. Views are stunning. Very unhappy with lack of amenities and responsiveness to our concerns.

Great family getaway for the price

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. Yes, the unit is dated and needs updates, but if you’re looking for an on-beach property for a reasonable price, this ticks all the boxes. Location is wonderful. Only thing is I would recommend the property owners provide a broom to help sweep up sand and extra garbage bags. Note for renters - bring blankets and pillows if you plan to use the pull out couch. The condo doesn’t have any extra. We would definitely come back!

Plenty good

Overall everything was good. Be aware that if you want to sit on the beach close to the water that you will need to pay $55/day and canopy tenants are only allowed 4 rows back. Also if it says washer/dryer, that’s in a hallway for $5/ load NOT in your condo.

Older property

Sundestin is a good location for your destin vacation. The resort is loacted on the beach. However, there are only 4 elevators and approximately 20 luggage carts for the 1800 room resort. Be perpared to wait. You should disclose that the condo has a bedroom with windows that is facing the hallway by the elevator. Anyone walking by can look in if curtains are not properly closed. Couches and tvs are out of date and need to be replaced. If someone is going to utilize the sofa sleeper make sure to bring a blanket. The only items supplied were 2 flat sheets and pillow cases. This is not a 1 off for some of the condos at tgis resort, but there is a hvac unit on balcony. This should be disclosed.

Room was worn out.

This room needs to be updated big time. We had a broken coffeepot shortage of cooking vessels ,dirty refrigerator, broken electrical outlets, dvd player not working etc. we have stayed in this room before and has certainly gone down hill. We will definately look for other options next time.

Not happy

Desk help was good. Check in fine. Strange smell in room. Fairly clean, first had some sort of rodent in room. Bigger than a mouse smaller than a rat. Took bag down to front desk that it had chewed through. No help that night so didn't unpack cause I didn't want to stay there. They sent someone up the next day and he couldn't find anything. Put poison or something like that out never saw it again, but it put a damper on whole trip. I will not stay there ever again. I know there is sometimes bugs and such because of people leaving stuff around but that was ridiculous. Wish I could get some of my money back but that's probably not gonna happen.

Was ok

The room was clean for the most part. The only thing that I would add would be the carpet needs to be pulled up and tile put down or at least clean the carpet,it smelled pretty bad. But other than that it was a good stay. P.s. one other thing it needs a hair dryer. The first place that I have stayed that didn't have one.

Great view but room could be better

Stunning View!

Condo was exactly as pictured on the site. Had everything we needed as far as kitchen and bathrooms are concerned. The view is what we went for with this condo and that did not disappoint! Had a great time (it was my birthday), ate lots of delicious seafood and bought some great items from the adorable gift shop in the lobby. Wonderful visit to Destin beaches!

The ocean view was nice, but the unit is dated and needs updating. The main problem was that property management company , Vocasa. They were so terrible that we never want to rent any place with Vocasa’a management. We left 2 jackets in the master bedroom closet. Vocasa told us that we had to pay $25 just for them to search ( shipping extra). We paid but Vocasa office person said if the house keepers find something in the unit , they “may” take it to the local office nearby. There are several Vocasa offices in Destin, the person we talked to didn’t know which office. After agonizing effort to make Vocasa look for, we gave up . We realized that they weren’t going to do anything for us.

The View

Yes, the view is the best thing about this place. As other reviews have stated, it needs an UPDATE! I had hoped some of the things I had read in other reviews had been addressed, but not so. Furniture, both inside and out, is tired, worn and torn. The carpet is just gross. It was hard to tell if the place was really clean simply because everything is so overused. Also, the listing should be more specific about what is available in the kitchen. I have stayed in numerous rentals and this was was very skimpy, such as 1 kitchen towel! Some simple updates would make a world of difference. However, the view is awesome, thus the 3-star rating.

Nice place but old

We enjoyed our stay here. Perfect Beachfront location. Staff were nice. My only complaint was the shower was not working. The furnitures are also old.

Weekend getaway

Nice !!! Had a great time !! The condo was wonderful !!! The only thing I could comment on was DVD player in The living room is not hooked up and the kitchen needs a bigger frying pan . But that’s all !! The condo was very comfortable and the view was awesome !! Very quiet and peaceful too !! Can’t wait to come back !!
