Beach House 402A is a family-friendly beach retreat that has been recently updated with an upscale Floridian decor, features king-size beds in both bedrooms, a large private balcony with a fabulous Gulf-front view, and has three TVs and three DVDs. This beautiful retreat has a full kitchen with upgraded cabinets and countertops and everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room has new comfortable furnishings with two swivel chairs and a queen sofa bed. The main bedroom has a cozy beach decor with nice off-white furniture and a comfortable king bed. The guest bedroom has a king bed and a nice beach cottage feel. This beach abode was recently painted, has new tiled floors, carpeted bedrooms, and a new washer/dryer. So much to offer: couples retreat, a family getaway - you'll love The Beach House 402A! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddleboard with each reservation (per condo - not per person).

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
