This unit looks new and very updated with 3 large bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms and enough sleeping for eight so bring the whole family! The floor to ceiling windows in this unit, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, are nothing less than stunning! This is a corner unit so there are more windows with ample light, along with an expansive view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There are TV's, DVD players and DVDs to enjoy should the need arise during your stay. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an awesome backsplash, and granite countertops. Caribbean Resort is a desirable complex on Navarre Beach. There is a nice covered patio stretching the length of the property which most condos don't have. This patio overlooks the swimming pool and hot tub so you can keep a close eye on the kids without getting a lot of sun exposure.

We stayed in 1801 because the 11th floor was under construction. The only real complaints we have are that there were ants in the kitchen and not enough paper products, trash bags, or dish soap were provided.

Disappointing Stay and Terrible Management

Our experience was full of issues, but I don’t even blame the property owner. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, all we got were generic, unhelpful responses. Vacasa completely dropped the ball, making our stay far less enjoyable than it should have been. Our stay was filled with issues, starting with no response for an early check-in request until days after we arrived. The Wi-Fi was unusable, constantly kicking us off, and the property had numerous maintenance problems: a fogged window, broken dishwasher, smelly and dirty washer, bathtubs that didn’t drain, cheap plastic chairs on the porch. At least they proved beach stuff… JK - just a broken hoagie board. Worst of all were the ROACHES—dead and alive—which made it impossible to relax. Despite reaching out multiple times, we received only generic, unhelpful responses. Vacasa showed zero care, and nothing was done to fix anything during our stay. We love Navarre, but this trip was a big disappointment.

Beware

The location is great. On the beach and short walk. But Not impressed with condo. Broken chair on deck and only 2 chairs for 6 people. Tiles are missing in kitchen. Weird smell in condo. Couches are worn and uncomfortable. Dishwasher bottom rack broken. Mold on vents, ceiling and tubs. Towel bar broken in bath. We have come to Navarre the last 4 years and stayed at different places. This is the worse we experienced. This was not our original booking. Those people left vacasa and this is all they had with same needs we had. The reviews show these things have been a problem and no one had corrected before we came. Good luck.

I was very disappointed with this stay. We have stayed at this resort many times and it has seemed to get worse over time. We have stayed at this particular unit before and was not pleased with it this time around. Last time we stayed the dryer barely worked and we were disappointed to see they had not replaced it. Be prepared to dry your clothes 2 or 3 times over. The refrigerator barely kept our food and drinks cold. Stains on the pillow cases, with some pillows having cuts all over them. Drains were clogged in the bathroom sinks and shower. Missing tiles in the kitchen ceiling. We had no Wi-Fi all weekend and ended up having to use another units Wi-Fi which didn’t work well or at all at times. Beds have not been undated and were very uncomfortable. Hardly any patio furniture to sit on to enjoy the view of the beach and the chairs they did have felt like they were about to give. Mold on the shower curtains. Overall cleanliness was subpar. I hate to sound like a Karen leaving this review and this is the first time I’ve had to leave a review like this. I will and highly recommend staying at another unit in the condo or just trying a different condo completely. I will say that property management was very good with communication and responded to every text and call but failed to fix anything.

Amazing view!

The view was amazing! I loved waking up to the sunrise on the ocean. Loved sitting on the balcony and was able to watch dolphins swim in the morning while drinking my coffee. The place the big and rooms were all a great size. The ceiling to floor windows the in master bedroom made it worth it! I would definitely go back and stay at this place again.

Beautiful view, not well maintained

The view is amazing, however there were a few issues. When we first arrived the musty smell was very strong! I had to buy candles to drown out the smell. The bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken and the dryer took three times running to dry our clothes. The kitchen ceiling tiles were damaged and pulled down and were being stored in the pantry. The WiFi was not functional most of the time. If these things get fixed I would definitely stay here again though because the view is unbeatable!

We’ve stayed in the building multiple times and love the beachfront location. However, this particular condo was just okay. Upon arrival, it looked fine but the longer we were there the more things we noticed really need some TLC. Examples include: missing ceiling light covers in kitchen, bottom dishwasher rack won’t slide out, middle bathroom smells like mildew, floor to ceiling windows have sheer curtains (this was an issue in the bedrooms because sunrise was early and no way to block out light), missing toilet paper holder in primary bathroom, and perhaps the most irritating thing was the awful patio furniture on the balcony (for a 3 bedroom beachfront condo the balcony only had two flimsy chairs and a broken table). To say we were disappointed is an understatement. However, we were able to still enjoy the beach, so the trip wasn’t a complete failure. We will definitely not rent this condo again and likely never rent from Vacasa in the future. Seems like their properties are not being kept up adequately.

The great views made up for all the disappointment

Upon arriving, my first view of the ceiling in the kitchen. Missing tiles and burnt out bulbs. The unit was clean for the most part. I was surprised the covered porch was smaller than I thought. It didn't even offer 4 chairs and the three chairs it did have were mismatched and janky. As we went back and checked out our 3rd bedroom it was noticeably hot in there...it had its own thermostat and immediately noticed it wasn't running. 2nd there were ONLY EMPTY curtain hooks. I text the number provided regarding the air...I rec'd a nearly immediate response. I had to later ask for an update and I was told they would check w/ the "locals". At 10:06 pm I ask for an update.I was told the team didn't have a specific time and not to worry that they will reach out to me soon. I responded "don't come tonight...its after 10" I updated my family and told them no one would be coming out tonight. The response was "please allow me a moment to check" followed by a second text saying unfortunately there is no update as yet and as soon as local staff responds. That night/AM after 12 someone was ringing our doorbell. I asked multiple x's for an update.It NEVER got fixed. is horrible they told me I hadn't picked up my parking pass and pool bracelets...they told me to PU at the office. I didn't know where that was. They said it was in an email. It said the opposite/said it would be in the unit. We were cold due to our air being 63- to keep one room a little cooler. Molded pillow and shower curtain

3 night stay

The property was very large except for the kitchen area which was too big for more than one person. No salt and pepper or other spices. Needed more coffee cups. Needed better chairs on the balcony. Not enough chairs and weren’t comfortable. The view was incredible!! Comfy master bed.

Beautiful near 360 views of ocean.

Very spacious and comfortable accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised and loved everything. The dryer needs a heating element but did work slowly. Highly recommend this place!!

A Pleasant Stay

We spent a 4 days weekend here. The VIEWS! So amazing. There were some small things that went wrong, such as being given the incorrect code for pool and beach access. The towels and shower curtains really need replaced as well. The cleanliness met our expectations. Overall we’d stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

A great quiet getaway

This was our first trip to Navarre beach and we loved it. The resort isn’t as large as some so it wasn’t crowded. Also, the balcony views were priceless

The unit was really nice. Beds were pretty comfortable as was the living room furniture. The masterbedroom has a huge jet tub! The weather was perfect. Couldn't ask for a better week.

Great Space

Spacious with three bedrooms and baths. Great views and pool area. Rough around the edges with lights covers missing, oven not working. The condo needs touch up such as paint and stained dated furniture. That said, had a great time here!

Needs Some Maintenance

Several broken items in this condo. For example the dishwasher, which from other reviews seems to have been broken since February, one of the TVs, a ceiling fan and a door knob. This condo is in need of an update. Very disappointing.

Overall Nice Experience

Overall our time in this condo for our family vacation was nice. It met our needs. I do think though that the condo itself needs a little maintenance TLC. The ceiling in the kitchen was missing the cover to the fluorescent light. The master bedroom door knob kept falling off. The kitchen is very small. The best thing about the condo, which I loved was glass windows in the master bedroom where we had a beautiful view of the Gulf when we awoke each day. The second best thing was the complimentary beach chair service. Although I think to make it best for those visiting, provide us with the company name and number so we can make our reservation in advance of our arrival to try to secure better location of the chairs. It could use an ironing board. I had to iron our family picture clothing on a towel on the floor. All that being said, the condo was sufficient. But I do think a little TLC and making sure you have everything YOU would need for a family vacation in the unit would be nice. If you go that extra mile to help make people feel comfortable and right at home with everything they need, it just makes the experience that much better.
