This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is located one block from the beach and has a great pool area!

Spacious, clean and close to beach

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our party, clean, close to the beach. Our favorite amenities were the washer and dryer, gas grill on the balcony, and outdoor showers!

2023 Vacation/ Graduation Trip

This location was perfect for our stay. It was half a block from the beach and had all dishes and pots and pans for our needs. We four High school graduates so having a pool and three bathrooms was perfect. Look forward to planning another vacation for next year.

Good location, beat up interior, missing items that could make it great

Checkin process was pretty quick -needed to go offsite just to get keyless entry code. Would’ve been nice to be sent that info to go directly to condo. Overall was pretty clean. It has seen better days and could use some paint and a bit of a face lift but for the price point was decent. Was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. The entire unit was tile and there was not 1 rug or floor covering. This was odd in a warm climate with ac needed and made it very cold. Sleeps 7/8 but living room seats 3- could use some furniture other than stools/table chairs. Especially without even a rug. Included some bathroom towels, a few very small toiletries, soap bars, 2 trash bags, a couple tp rolls in each bathroom, as well as 1 roll paper towels, 2 samples of laundry soap, small dish soap, sponge, and 2 dishwasher pods. For a week stay with a family we needed to purchase a bit of everything like paper products, laundry soap, as well as beach towels, salt/pepper, aluminum foil, cooking spray, etc. there was 1 extra blanket in the entire place - so don’t expect any extra amenities or nice to have items. Fridge freezes food- sign on fridge states will be charged extra $100 if you turn it down. Dryer makes very loud belt/whistling sounds so could not run overnight. Short walk to public beach access and many shops and restaurants. Would not recommend with a family during spring break. Unit overlooks neighboring backyards/pools. 1 dumpster for condo complex- was too full to add to it. Pool is tiny.

Spacious and Comfortable

We were very pleased with our stay. About 5min from Claytons (driving) and walking distance to the beach. Will look into booking again.

Cara del Sol Condo: great experience!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the island. The condo was clean, cozy, a cool place from the warm sun to a short walk from the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. The place was comfortable and welcoming! Enough beds for the 9 of us. We also enjoyed the pool. I had one service call which has handled immediately by the professional staff. Everyone was so friendly and quick to respond. We will definitely come back again soon! Thank you!

Great Stay

Our extended family has an annual summer vacay tradition. SPI is one of our favorite TX beaches to visit. Our trouble is. As the years pass. Our family grows. So finding a place that we can all stay gets tricky. This location comfortably fit 9 people, was walking distance to a beach access, and additional parking. It was clean, and had plenty of amenities. We will definitely be back!

#11 Casa Del Sol

The property was in a great location and the layout was great. The only issue we had was the air conditioning in the beginning. The fan in the master bedroom doesn’t have a high setting which is a bummer because it gets pretty warm in that room. But all in all it was a great experience. We would stay here again in the future.

It was good except when checking out that I have to take the trash out. We’re already paying the cleaning fee, it should be with that. Rushing to load everything and take trash out and be out by 10:00 am.

This property was not to our expectations. Sleeper sofa broken down and sagging, extremely low to ground and hard to get up off of it. Washing machine and dishwasher flooded. We had to be moved to another property. I would not stay there again.
