Escape to beautiful Cocoa Beach in this Top Floor-Oceanfront condo. 411 has beautiful Beach Views and Breathtaking Ocean Sunrises; just a few steps and you're on the beach. Walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach Shops and Restaurants; Watch Kennedy Space Center Rocket launches. The beach at 333 is hardly crowded since it has no adjacent public access. Cocoa Beach is known as the Florida Surfing Beach with famous Ron Jon Surf Shop just a couple of miles away.

Tastefully Decorated, unit is equipped with four Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Cooler and some Beach toys. Fully equipped kitchen and full size modern Washer/Dryer, wet Bar in Lanai.

Home Office working area, His/Her separate closets in Master.

Cocoa Beach Treasure

The location of this property is prime. The view is amazing. Just a short walk to the beach and host provides all you need for a pleasant day on the beach; chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels. The condo complex itself is small and well located. The unit is updated, well decorated, comfortable, and includes everything you need. The best part, however, are your hosts. Maria and Larry are professional, friendly, helpful, and respond to inquiries quickly. If you stay here, treat this space with the love and respect that it deserves…because I will be back.

The Best Condo in Cocoa Beach!

I stayed at this condo in Cocoa Beach for 2 months, while working at Kennedy Space Center. I have 0 complaints and many wonderful things to say. 1) The hosts, Maria and Larry, were amazing. The communication was quick, before and during my stay. They answered all my questions, gave me recommendations for the area, and were truly wonderful to get to know during my stay. The best hosts someone could ask for when living across the country away from family and friends. 2) The condo was beautiful (and spotless). The condo was steps away from the beach, very spacious, a sunroom to sip on morning coffee while watching the sunrise, and had all of the amenities I could ask for. I had everything I needed for the kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella for the beach, bikes (which I didn't use but were available), in unit washing machine/dryer, extra linens, and even a gym in the building. And the location was walking distance to many restaurants (cafes, lunch/dinner, ice cream). 3) The extra touches - The hosts provided me with a welcome surprise/starter kit when I arrived. And they also had a professional cleaner come mid way through my stay. They went above and beyond what I could have asked for. Overall, this is one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. Highly recommend booking this condo for your stay in Cocoa Beach. And I definitely will be staying here again!

Cocoa Beach Get-a-way !

From the onset of choosing this VRBO on line and speaking with the owners Larry & Maria to check out, it was nothing short of a beautiful and absolutely lovely Condo. We had prime location on the beach! Our 3 weeks stayed allowed us to see opportunities we did not even plan on. The U.S. Airforce Thunderbirds Airshow took place and they flew right in front of this condo, we could stay on the lanai and watch it from out own patio set, enjoy our own cocktails, and did not have to fight crowds. They flew so close that the building rumbled! We also were able to see from Kennedy Space Center the rocket launch of SpaceX Falcon 9 with the 4 crew members aboard. We were able to see this from the lanai also. We saw the pink moon, and other launches that did satellites. The beach area was beautiful and a bit more quiet than either side of us so that made the beach inviting. We rented Ebikes from Todd at the Beach Bum and we had a great time! $60.00 for the whole day and if you are ever interested in doing so, make sure to stop by and see Todd. Some of our favorite restaurants were: The 4th. Street Fill Inn Station (gastropub bar), Fish Camp, Sand Bar (the best fish tacos & margaritas!), Slow and Low Bar-b-Que (coconut shrimp with raspberry habanero sauce) & The Pig & The Whistle. We were also able to cook in the condo., but it was nice to have options within walking distance to go out to eat. Cocktails were a plenty and we found that the Sand Bar, The Beach Shack and Lulu's were wonderful. Watch for Happy Hour times and prices. The Condo has everything you need to have fun on the beach from sun umbrellas, coolers, mats, & beach towels. It was also very nice to wash all of our laundry before we left so we did not have to go home and do that. We will definitely be back to this Condo and we really hope it will be available when we choose to do so. Larry & Maria were a pleasure to work with and the property itself was very clean and housed very respectable owners and visitors. Book it, you will be glad you did!
