Other Things to Note
• Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required for booking.
• Two parking passes are included with your reservation.
• We do not provide daily housekeeping or replace linens/towels during your stay.
• Beach towels are not provided, but linens and towels for the unit are included.
• Outdoor pools are seasonal. Contact us for opening and closing dates.
• Monthly Rentals: Available only from October through March.
• Please check in at the office to receive your access information before heading to the property.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
