Family vacation

We had a great time. Location was wonderful, right on the beach with wonderful views. Just enough room for 4 adults and one child. Parking garage is very tight but did appreciate having covered parking. Had to take the car too carrier off to get in which was a bit of a pain but we made it work.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views

This place is outstanding! Our family enjoyed watching dolphins off our balcony and walking to the pier.Beautiful updated decor,and walking distance to everything!

Very nice place

The accommodations were really great! Updated furniture and appliances. Nice washer and dryer. Well stocked with anything we needed. Very clean. We had no issues with the elevators as I saw other reviews had. Didn’t wait long at any time. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars on everything is because it was my first time and parking wasn’t easy but it’s also an older hotel. And there was some confusion for me about the check in process and WiFi passwords. Paperwork wasn’t clear to me but I finally figured it all out. One return text from the host but maybe because she has lots of properties to deal with. However her reservation specialist Tabatha was fantastic!! She gets the two big thumbs up. Highly recommend this place!

1st family vacation to ocean

The reviews were great so we booked it. Our condo didn’t disappoint us at all! We had an amazing experience & everything was so clean. The condo had a bar & restaurant right by the beach. Made it so easy to access all the amenities. Lisa was so helpful when I had a question about where something was. We can’t wait to go back & stay there again as a family. Only thing that was ruff was 1 out of 3 elevators was running. We did have to take the steps down a few times which we were on the 8th floor. They were working on them while we were there.

Nice condo

Condo was nice, clean & updated! Had a nice front loader washer/dryer which was a must for us! Great view from the balcony (a little high for someone fearful of heights, myself included). Only downfall was the elevators in the building, which were slow and only 1 running most of the time for 250+ units and the parking is absolutely awful!!! Otherwise great location, but the fees are outrageous!!!

Great beach condo

Overall really enjoyed our stay, check in process very easy. Beds comfortable, there are 2 rooms with queens and one room with 2 twins. Best part was being right on the beach, enjoyed not having much of a walk either from the condo building to the beach. One elevator was broken during our stay so waits could be a little long. There was a washer/dryer in unit, well stocked kitchen. Games and books provided appreciated as well.

Nice Condo

Only complaint was that we did not have access to the washer and dryer. Had to go to coin laundry. The community washer and dryer was ancient lol. Anyway never stayed at a condo that locked the door to the laundry room even though the listing described the appliances as part of the rent. Linda was excellent however.

Nice unit-

It was a comfortable and well-appointed unit with plenty of space for our family of five. I would have given 5 stars except that the washer and dryer were not available for our use and we were never notified prior to our arrival. The unit lacked general info that makes staying in a new VRBO easy- WiFi password- pool access code etc.

Beautiful condo. Little back up from property management and instruction on amenities.

Beautiful Condo. However we had no internet access during our stay. Contacted Lisa several times regarding this but not get the help needed. Could not find a luggage cart to help move our stuff up to the 8th floor.The elevator situation is ridiculous. One elevator from top floor to ground to access pool/beach. The parking situation is an even worse nightmare if you have a large vehicle. Won't be back.

Beach 2020

The place and location were great. Had a little trouble keeping it cool and Master Bath toilet didn’t flush well. Also, the water didn’t stay hot but thru maybe 2 showers. Great place though and easy to work with on reservations and always contacted back quickly.
