So many fun activities! Plenty to keep everyone entertained for days without ever leaving the property. Well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed, everything was clean and comfortable, and host went the extra mile to make sure our stay was amazing.

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time here! We had a pickleball tournament, enjoyed playing corn hole and connect four, and all the outside seating. The beds were comfortable and the house is spacious. We had 15 guests ranging from 16-73 years old.

Great house

Loved our stay. Backyard is amazing. The pool was heated which even allowed for evening swimming. Close to some fun hikes and mountain biking trails. Overall I would highly recommend.

Great house for families !!

We had a wide range of ages staying with us and everyone enjoyed the house and the outdoor area. We hiked and did a lot of outdoor stuff so the laundry area was great also.

Fun for all ages

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this home. Convenient to Zion although there were many fun things to enjoy at the house such as the heated pool and pickleball court. Comfortable beds, good water pressure. Kitchen well equipped and we loved the farm fresh eggs waiting for us on the counter upon arrival. Owner was responsive to any questions. Thanks for the great stay!!

Enjoyed it

Great place. I need to mention that the check-in time of 5pm and the check-out time of 10am are unreasonable. But the place is nice and we had a great time. There are lots of activities to do.

Fantastic house for a family gathering

This house had plenty of space for 10 people to spread out and enjoy the stay! The master bedroom was perfect for a family with an infant, we set up the pack-n-play in the closet so she still had her own space which was further from the common areas and extra quiet. There is a bench in the closet too which made breastfeeding in the middle of the night much easier. There are so many games on site to keep everyone entertained, both outside and inside. It was a fantastic place and we enjoyed our stay!

Great vacation

The house was great. Me and my family had a lot of fun. Just could've used a bit more dusting. And downstairs area just wouldn’t get cold. Overall great experience.

Mini Resort in great location

Spent the weekend here for a wedding in Zion.. This home had all the amenities of a resort. All the bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space so everyone had their privacy. My family of 9 (all adults) enjoyed the backyard and the game room. Some even cut their Zion hikes short so they could hang out in the backyard. Close to food stores and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Overall, a 5 star stay for us.

MTB trip

This house was an excellent place to stay. We had 6 dads and 8 teen boys here (plus our mountain bikes). When we weren’t riding there was more than enough to do for the kids. It’s close to everything and very well maintained. The owners are very cool and are incredibly hospitable with what they offer. We’ll be back.

Entertainment Mecca!

This house has just about every entertainment options imaginable! There’s a pool with water slide, hot tub, fire pit, giant Connect Four, Bocce Ball, Pickleball Court, outdoor basketball hoop, video arcade, air hockey, indoor basketball hoop game and foosball! It is a fantastic place for large groups! We REALLY enjoyed coming back to the house after exploring in Zion, and relaxing out back to eat and socialize. We would LOVE to return again someday and spend more time there!

Absolutely wonderful stay

We took a last minute vacation to La Verkin to site see and relax away from home. This rental delivered on every level. It is a short drive to Zions National Park and there is a local rock shop that allows you to hound in their back lot full of awesome stones. The highlight of the trip was the home. We spent hours in the pool and outdoor space then had plenty of fun playing in the home with our young children. There is a review mentioning the grill, during our trip there was a near new Weber gas grill that was perfect for our dinners. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely Stay

A perfect place for a family vacation, very spacious and neatly maintained. For a change the utensils were in a good condition unlike our previous kitchen where most utensils were not useable. Sufficient bedding and bath accessories . The backyard was very nice though we spent only a few mornings hours but relaxing to see the hills across. We will definitely come back to this place if it’s available another time :)

Acceptable but you can do better, I will!

Superficially cleaned, but needs a deep cleaning. Doors grimy, inside cabinets dirty, cookie sheet had burned food residue, BBQ grill was filthy and barely worked anyway. It belongs in a landfill. Shortage of kitchen utensils, no tissues in the bathrooms, no scrounge for washing dirty pans. The coffee maker was cheap and took a long time to brew. Wobbly dining room chairs, probably from a rummage sale. A 3 bedroom house turned into a 6 bedroom. Some of the bedrooms were not much bigger than the bed. Abandoned house with broken windows next door. On the last full day, we lost water to the house. Too long of a story, but the owner wanted to know if that was okay with us. Would you want to stay in a house with 6 adults and no running water at this price point? The owner was very responsive - until I asked for some monetary compensation for the last day. Crickets since that request. I guess that is my answer! Clearly created and set up at the lowest cost possible to maximize profit. We won't be renting this place on our next trip to LaVerkin / Hurricane.

Don't Miss Out On This!!!

This place was amazing! From the first time in the door to the time we shut it and left everything was perfect. Where do I start. The bedrooms were big with LOTS of queen size beds for my married kids. There was also many smaller beds for the grandkids. Four bathrooms provided enough space for everyone. The rooms/bathrooms were clean and well functioning. The central air was great also. It didn't take long to cool the entire house and it was always comfortable. The kitchen and dining are were open and plenty big to feed our crew. LOTS of plates, silverware, and glasses allowed us to just enjoy without doing dishes every 5 min. The fridge was big, but there was an additional fridge in the garage that we used. I've just getting started 😂. Equally amazing to the house was ALL the stuff to do. A swimming pool w/ a slide, hot tub, pickle ball court/supplies, bocce ball pit, corn hole and a giant Connect Four game made outside the place everyone stayed. The back has a enormous covered patio with chairs, pool table, and ping pong table. There were chairs to lounge by the pool and more chairs to hang out under the covered patio. In the garage is set up a game room with severa full size arcade games, double shot, and air hockey game. One of my sons stated "Just to show ya how great this place is, this game room is amazing and we've hardly hung out here!" I could go on & on. The owner was also perfect. Checked to make sure everything was good and followed up. Great place!

Everything and More!!!!

It was everything advertised and more. It was a last minute trip for myself and my husband and my brother-in-law. Wish we had been able to plan ahead and invite some more family members this place is great for families. Spent our last evening having an air hockey tournament between my husband and myself, I won!!!😁 Disclamer: he beat me at Pac-Man 🙄

Visit to Zion

The property is accurately described. The manager, Derrick, was easy to work with, very responsive and gave us a nice list of recommended activities and restaurants. My wife and I stayed there with my mom and step-father along with my kids ages 19 to 24. The space was great for giving everyone the space they needed while also providing for gathering and games.

Great for families

My kids had a good time here. Zion is about 20-25 minutes away. The grocery store was about a mile away. My little one had such a good time in the house that he cried when it was time to leave.
