Spend your next southern Utah vacation at The Lookout in Ocotillo Springs, the perfect place to enjoy the desert sun! This beautiful home features a private pool and spa, as well as two play stations and large TVs in each room, as well as two in the loft and one in the living room! Enjoy the sunshine and desert breeze on your private patio with a refreshing dip in the pool or a delicious lunch on the balcony. As the sun sets, cook some delicious food on the grill and enjoy time with your favorite people! You can relax in front of a fire either from the upstairs balcony under shining string lights, or by the pool at one of two fire pits on the ground floor. Gaze up at the stars from the comfort of the hot tub and then cozy up on the couch in front of one of the TVs for a movie night

This elegant 5 Bedroom / 5.5 Bathroom home can comfortably sleep 16 people, or with the use of a pull-out couch bed and roll-away twin beds, fit as many as 20 people to have all of your favorite people with you for your southern Utah vacation! The master bedroom is downstairs, with patio access as well as a large ensuite bathroom and master walk in closet. Enjoy a soak in the large tub, or a refreshing shower after a day of exploring the local scenery! Upstairs there are 2 more King suites, as well as a queen suite and a bunk room for the kids! The bunk room features two 3-tier twin bunk beds, as well as a twin daybed with a trundle, so you can fit as many as 8 people comfortably in one room! Spend your day exploring southern Utah at local destinations like Sand Hollow, Tuacahn Center for the Arts, and Snow Canyon all within a short trip from your new favorite vacation destination, The Lookout in Ocotillo Springs!

Our multi-generational family had a wonderful time together at this house—it is set up perfectly to accommodate large groups of all ages. The beds are very comfortable, the pool was a blast, there was plenty of space to hang out, and we were close to several fun places to visit. We would all be delighted to come back someday! Thank you!!

The Lookout

The place was clean and the perfect size for our group of middle school girls and their mamas. We were however disappointed with all the empty hand soap bottles in the bathrooms. There was also no dishwasher pods under the sink so we had to make a special trip to the store just for those. We also had to buy ice because the ice maker doesn't work well. The waterfall on the swimming pool was broken which the girls were bummed about. And they need some dish rags too. We just didn't want to worry about those things. I'd say we would be back next year but when I messaged about them, they told us no one could bring any of the items they didn't provide but should have.

Great home

Good location, pool was great, and pickle ball courts right next to the house. Perfect location for visiting Snow Canyon State Park. Would stay here again.

Nevada Golf trip

We had a great time on our trip and a big reason was this property. Group of 8 family and friends for 5 day golf trip. Lots of space for everyone. Very clean and well stocked. Pool and hot tub are amazing tennis/paddle ball court right next to the property and great mountain backdrop. Highly recommend and would book again.

Great place

The house is big and spacious. It was really nice to have a private pool. We also went to the common area as well and went swimming. The house has pickleball equipment with the courts next to the house. Lots of fun ! We would love to stay again.

Love love LOVE this home. This was our 2nd time staying and we will absolutely come again! A bit of feedback, the upstairs firepit has a strong smell of propane and very small flames, so perhaps that should be looked at. Also, it would be nice to have a few more extra blankets for the beds. Overall, this is a fantastic property.

Great Family Vacation

The house was perfect for a family vacation- went with dad, brother and daughter. We all had our own space and floor plan was ideal. Pool and was nice but very warm due to high temperatures outside this time of year. Only negative comment was many of the dishes were not put away clean and required washing. Suggest checking or spot checking occasionally. Overall a beautiful home, great location and we had a wonderful time.

Fun but very hot

It was really fun and nice. I would like to make a suggestion to the owner/manager: 1-- The pool was way too hot, maybe uncover or cool before guests arrive. 2-- More garbage bags for kitchen, there were only three were available and we stayed 5 nights. 3-- The Bunkroom needs a fan really bad, it gets way too hot at night in that room, no air flow. 4-- Make sure the AC is working before guest arrive. The AC was not working very well, it got up to 78 degree, but the owner/property mangers responded and came to fix it twice. Over all the property was nice and very roomy. nice pool but the waterfall thing was not on, which it would have been nice if it was on.

We've stayed in Ocotillo Springs many times, and this did not disappoint. Great property with everything we needed. Super responsive managers, and easy instructions. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Very nice place. However no Kleenex, one-ply toilet paper, they had extra pillows but no pillow cases. No dresser in the Master Bedroom to put our clothes in, & coffee pot carafe was cracked in three places. Didn’t know it until we went to our coffee & it went everywhere. End up finding a back up coffee pot with carafe that we could use. Great communication though.

Great Holiday Stay

Family from a couple states got together for Thanksgiving here. The house was the perfect size and great for time spent together. Kids loved the pool and hot tup and it was really nice being so close to everything. Great stay at a great location and we would definitely come back.

Great Home

The home was the perfect size for our friend getaway. Bedrooms with a bathroom for all the adults and a fun bunk room for all the kids. We came during a heat wave and the AC had a hard time keeping up. We booked the property because there is a pool in the backyard. There were a few issues with the pool (cover, waterfall and lights were broken) but we could still use it. Overall a great stay!

Great place to stay, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The view is amazing and we loved that we were by the pickleball courts, made it easier to see when a court was available. Private pool and hot tub were a hit and we enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evenings.
