Summerspell 207 is tastefully decorated and offers 1 bedroom/1 bath that sleeps 6. Gulf and pool views, private balcony! There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds built into the hall area, and a queen sleeper sofa.

The Space:
This quaint 30-unit gulf view complex offers a community pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and laundry onsite. Amazing unobstructed gulf views from private balcony. A short 50 yard walk and you are sticking your toes in some of the whitest sand that the Emerald Coast has to offer. Each condo is tastefully decorated and offers 1 bedroom/1 bath that sleeps 6. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds built into the hall area, and a queen sleeper sofa. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen just right for dining in along with a living and dining area. These condos are sure to please. Beach access is located directly in front of this complex. This well-kept complex offers palm trees flowers and beautiful landscaping for you to enjoy. The pool area offers loungers and tables and chairs where you can come and watch the kids play or soak up the rays. Enjoy the sunset on your balcony with your favorite chilled drink as you unwind for the day. Pompano Joes world famous gulf-front restaurant is located across from this complex. Dining entertainment fishing golfing bike/scooter rentals and much much more is all within a short distance of Summerspell. Summerspell is just what you need to melt all your cares away. Good vacation

The condo was ok. It was small things. The GFCI in The bathroom was not working as soon as we got there. Notified through proper channels and no one ever came to fix. We had no electrical outlet in bathroom the entire stay. The shower rod curtain was rusted pretty bad and the curtain would not slide at all. Seems petty but at this money I would expect to have these working properly. The porch furniture was very low quality compared to all other units at this facility. I’ve stayed at summer spell twice before and this was my worst experience so far.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 had an amazing week. This place did not disappoint. I have 3 small children and I dreaded the accommodations but once we got there it was fantastic for them as well. We had a small issue with the lock on the door but management sent someone immediately to fix it.

Beach Bums

Clean, not the best stocked kitchen, great location, great pool. Monica was a great communicator. Quick response time. Overall rating giving this place is a 4.8/5 because it was not stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, or umbrellas. It is great to not have to buy extra beach materials. When you are only going to use for few days. First time renting a VRBO, that did not provide these. Other than that, great location, clean, plenty of space, within walking distance to restaurants. Has a great walking path, near the road, were you can walk, job, or ride your bikes or scooters. Would definitely rent again if I have the chance.

Hurricane Reroute Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to make last minute plans due to Ian and we’re grateful to find something. We had a great time, always love staying at Summerspell (this is our 4th time overall) and Beach Bums was very nice and accommodating. Our only disappointment was the condition of the condo, compared to other units, it greatly needs attention and some updates. Bed was rock hard, multiple light bulbs throughout the condo and porch didn’t work and the best part of Summerspell units is the view on the balcony....however this unit only had broken or seriously rusted out chairs and not even a small table to set a drink on, much less an actual table to eat breakfast or dinner at. This is by no means meant to be a negative review, just constructive thoughts based on our experiences at multiple Summerspell units. We always have a great time and this location is perfect tho.

Overall it wasn’t a bad place it was just missing a lot of crucial things we needed. There were no extra sheets anywhere for the pull out couch. We did not have a dust pan for the broom and the broom has seen better days. I did feel like the place could had been cleaned again. The hall lights didn’t work at all.

A bit outdated but adequate for budget friendly travel

The location was right across the street from the public beach parking and access so very convenient. Beach access does not have a ramp - stairs only so be prepared if you have a wagon/cart. The property and pool were well maintained and clean. The furniture, decor, and furnishings inside the rental were quite outdated but functional and clean. I appreciated that I did not have to book for a week minimum and was able to only stay 3 nights. The price was appropriate for this property.

Great location! Condo has issues!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was steps from the beach and lots of restaurants near by. Property was clean. This condo had a few problems we were not happy with. The beds were rock hard. We both woke with aching backs. We stayed for 8 days. The toilet is very low. It was awkward to sit on. We were required to sweep after our stay but wanted to sweep while we were there because sand does get inside. The broom that was provided had a small base and bristles were totally messed up so we had to buy our own broom. Thought this was very bad to have in there to begin with. There was a hole in the wall where the tv cable box is and electrical parts were very visible. If they could fix the issues I listed above we would surely return. SK

Magnificent!

Views from the balcony were spectacular! The beach is literally across the street. Beach chairs provided in unit. Very close to grocery stores, nail salons, restaurants and yes, even Urgent Care!

Book this place

Let’s just start with the property manager. Easy communication, clear expectations, simple check in and out process. Second the property. It’s exactly as listed, easy access to the beach, and a pool on the facilities that is immaculate. If you’re between properties BOOK THIS PLACE! We are already looking for dates to go back and book again!

Summer spell #207

The location is great. Pool is nice. The condos kitchen supplies sorta stink so if you plan to cook you may want to bring your own ie pans knives even the silverware was not great. The bed in primary is only a queen but is very comfortable. The tv is not a smart TV so you may also want to pick a roku. The DVD player is in a drawer and not hooked up. No washer and dryer in unit. They do have 3 setup throughout the complex which were never busy.
