Summary:
This quaint complex is located across Scenic Gulf Drive from the beach and Pompano Joes. The private deck is just steps from the pool.  Enjoy the breeze and breathtaking sunsets from your deck.

The Space:
Ground Floor, Poolside 1 bdr. 1 bth. Master has King , Bunk Bed in hall, Queen Sofa Sleeper. and Full Bath. This well-kept complex offers palm trees, flowers and beautiful landscaping for you to enjoy. The heated pool area offers loungers, tables and chairs where you can come and watch the kids play or soak up the rays. Along with the heated pool, there is a hot tub for complete winddown and relaxation.  Grill right off of the fenced, covered patio area! Pompano Joes world famous gulf-front restaurant is located right across from this complex. Dining, entertainment, fishing, golfing, bike/scooter rentals and much more is all within a short distance from your getaway here at Summerspell. MUST BE 25 TO RENT NO SMOKING NO PETS

At this property there were kitchen supplies that made easy for cooking meals, grocery nearby was excellent, and walkable distance to the beach. It was enjoyable to have a hot tub and pool option as well. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for me and my friend.

Beach Getaway

Summerspell 110 was perfect for our beach vacation. Everything was neat and clean. Although we had no dish cloths or potholders for kitchen use and only 1 dish drying towel, we had to improvise using other things. I had messaged the manager about the dishwasher leaving water in the bottom after cycle was ran. They said they would have maintenance take care of it.Our stay was wonderful otherwise!! We loved the TV's on the wall for the bunkbeds and the patio area was perfect for sitting outdoors in the mornings and at night. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We had a great time and would stay there again!!

First impression was how clean it smelled once we entered the condo.

Close to beach, restaurants. Weather was perfect. Ground floor unit excellent. Microwave handle was broken at bottom but still doable. Frig nice and large. Cookware needs updating.

Convenient Location

Condo is in a prime location. First floor, beach view across the street, with public beach access right across the street. Beautiful Sandy beach and clean pool. Practically had the pool to ourselves most the time. Condo smelled so clean when we arrived. Only thing was the inside shower liner full of soap, hair and maybe what looked like seaweed (We cleaned it ourselves). We didn’t realize the two right side burners on the stove top did not work until we were to leave. Can opener and toaster need to be replaced. Microwave handle is broken so pull from top, otherwise works well. Beds were comfortable and a/c kept condo nice and cool. Loved being able to get to the pool from the back patio. We enjoyed the view and just relaxing on the patio chairs with a cool drink on those breezy evenings. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay despite the small issues. We would love to come back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in this condo twice this year. The first time the refrigerator wasn't working properly, but they have now replaced it! Great little condo with lots of beach toys, chairs, and extras.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very close to beach, with access right across the street, it was a public beach parking lot/access, so, the beach WAS packed. Get there early to put your tent/chairs up! There were 3 beach chairs and a nice beach tent included on property, which was great! There was also a small beach bag filled with some toys to take to beach as well. Plenty of bath towels and wash cloths, although could have included more than 2 hand towels for the week. There were only 2 small dressers with 2 drawers for storage, and one closet to hang clothing - so, not much storage space if 6 people actually stay. I went with my spouse, our teen and our baby. There was enough room for us to put the paknplay in our bedroom, but it was a tight squeeze. Living area and kitchen and bathroom were fine, nothing fancy but was plenty big for the 4 of us. We had to call maintenance one time while there and they were VERY prompt to respond and fix the issue. The back deck with chairs was nice, and only a few steps from the shared pool. Easy and hassle free checkin/checkout.

My family and I had lots of fun. Everything is as advertised. The hosts were friendly and professional. A must go back. Few hiccups but not a big . Excellent stay.

Great Location but needs updates

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location close to beach and complex and pool are nice. Parking is good but ... pick a different unit. This condo furnishings are outdated and old. Queen bed is old and not comfortable. Appliances old. We were able to get the old refrig replaced during our stay. It was not keeping things cold. But microwave handle broken and they refused to replace. Said it works fine. Pots and pans old (teflon coatings all coming off). Not alot of kitchen utensils etc. Patio chairs need painted. They are not sturdy as they are rotting due to poor care. Look nice in photos. Make me wonder how old the photos are. There are no cleaning supplies in condo other than a very tiny bottle of dish soap, trash bags provided (2). Take quarters as the credit card operators on laundry never worked while we were there. Our host from mgmt. company worked hard for us to get frig issue fixed but the unit just doesn't measure up.

By the Beach

We had a great time……the condo was well maintained and very clean. We loved sitting on the deck and getting the sea breeze in the evening. Being right by the beach was fun as well!

Great location!

We had a great stay at SummerSpell. It was the perfect location, easy walking distance to the beach, bars, and shops. Our unit could use a few amenities added to the kitchen (tongs, pot holders, etc) but otherwise, it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!
