Features include two living areas, a nice screened porch and private deck with a Hot Tub! The bedrooms are all on the one floor - one queen bed in two of the bedrooms, 2 twin beds along with 2 twin bunks in another. There are also two Queen sofa beds... one in the living room and the other in the family room. The kitchen was renovated in 2021 to create an open concept layout with a large island flowing seamlessly into the main living room and out onto the screened in porch. This is the perfect place for a family or group to cook, eat and hang out all at the same time. There is plenty of off street parking and you can walk or bike to everything in town Dewey Beach or take a short ride on the Jolly Trolley to stroll on the boardwalk and visit the great shops and restaurants that Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Hot Tub openings are not guaranteed in the off season, please confirm with your agent.
