In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features five bedrooms and a stunning multi-level back deck overlooking the peaceful lagoon. Beach access is across the street and you’ll be walking in the sand in just 2 minutes!

Upon entering the home, you will find three of the guest bedrooms on the first floor. The second bedroom offers two full beds and has a television in the room. Two twins are currently pictured in the third bedroom, but two twin over queen bunk beds will be available. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom. The shared bathroom highlights a dual vanity, shower/tub combo, and beautiful brushed nickel finishes. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also located on the first level of the home is a large screened-in porch. The porch offers a seating area plus dining table and overlooks the lagoon.

Ascend the stairs to enter the main floor. The large living space features plenty of seating for the whole family, and a flat screen TV surrounded by beautiful custom built-in shelves. The fully-equipped kitchen is off the main living space, boasting two-tone cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The large kitchen island is perfect for preparing a meal and is able to seat up to five. The dining area provides seating for six with two additional chairs for larger gatherings. On the main floor is also a large covered deck where the grill is located, as well as an additional outdoor dining area with views over the lagoon.

On the left-hand side of the home on the main level is the primary bedroom, highlighting a beautiful king bed and large window that fills the room with natural light. The en suite bathroom features a double vanity and large walk in shower. A beautiful soaking tub is just below another large window, providing a relaxing ambiance.

The last bedroom is located on the third floor of the home, and is only accessible by elevator or by the outdoor stairs on the back deck. It offers a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, complete with walk in shower and dual vanities. There is also an uncovered deck with four rocking chairs overlooking the lagoon.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
