Sleeping Arrangements
The condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and generous closet space. The third bedroom includes two twin beds and additional storage, making it well suited for family or friends sharing the space.

Bathrooms & Laundry
Two updated bathrooms serve the home, including the private ensuite in the primary bedroom. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your stay. An in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience, especially for longer visits or beach days.

Outdoor & Community Amenities
Guests have access to a shared outdoor community pool available year-round, along with a private entrance to the unit and free parking on the premises with space for two vehicles. Beach access is available via the Sawgrass community beach access point, offering an easy way to enjoy the shoreline without crowds.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.
It is a 2nd floor condo with a flight of stairs up to the front door, and does not have a gym
