Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven & stove-top, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and tea/coffee provided. All cooking kitchen equipment is provided.

There is a seperate laundry with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board as well as a dryer within the lock up garage and an outdoor clothes line.

Air-conditioned living and dining area with seperate sitting room that leads out to the backyard and outdoor private deck.

All guest amenities are provided, including linen, towels, toiletries.
WIFI and off street parking.

The property is also pet-friendly with a gated and secure back-yard.

~ Key collection is located at Pacific Sun Bargara Motel located at 9-11 Bauer Street, Bargara. Keys must also be returned to this address and we allow a 30 minute window from your scheduled check-out time of 10:00am. If keys are not returned within this 30 minute window a payment of $50 will apply
~ Check-in time is from 2:00pm and before 6:00pm, after hours check-in must be arranged in advance at a fee of $30 per hour and subject to availability. Photo identification of the guest whom booked is a requirement
~ Check-out time is strictly 10:00am, later check-out times can be arranged subject to availability and at a cost of $30 per hour. Must be notified the day before your check-out date
~ We respectively ask that there are to be no events or parties held at the property and limit any undue noise by 10:00pm. A call out fee of $200 will apply if we are required to attend the property
~ Only guests that have been booked at the property are to stay at the property, any visiting persons are to leave the premises by 10:00pm. $150 fees will be charged for each visitor found to be at the property after these hours
~ Children are to be supervised at all times
~ Pets are welcome, extra fees to be charged
~ Smoking allowed outside of the property only, fees will be charged if it is determined
~ Security cameras are located at the property for guests safety/property and are located in external locations only
~ Rooms may be locked depending on number of guests booked at the time of reservation, these rooms can be made available at request in advance and at the appropriate costs listed
~ Pets are certainly welcomed!
There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 and a pre-authorisation will be required upon check-in of $450.


Please note that when booking guests are allocated to a sleeping space not a bedroom, for example 2 guests will have access to the master king bedroom and ensuite. 3-4 guests will have access to a second queen bedroom, 5-6 guests will have access to a third queen bedroom and so on. Please be sure to reach out before your check in day to advise how many people will be staying and the preferred bedding situation to make sure you and your guests are comfortable. Extra beds can be provided at a cost of $50 per bed.
