Aaron, I appreciate your review and the fact that your constructive suggestions were included in your private feedback. First, I apologize about the fertilizer company doing an application during your stay, unfortunately there schedule is very difficult to control as they doing a quarterly application. The landscaper usually does its work on Friday mornings as he does multiple house in the area. I will make him aware of our guests schedule in the future. I will go over the programming on the nest thermostat; it may be set on ECO and the thermostat may override programming. We will look at the dishes as we thought they were microwavable, however, we thought we supplied plenty of other options like pyrex glass baking dishes and paper plates for that purpose. We will look into the hook situation, I believe we placed additional hooks on the bedroom doors and in the closets. All in all, I am glad you enjoyed your stay; you were a 5 star guest.
