We welcome pets at this listing (please check details) with the following fees:

$150/week per pet
$300/month per pet (for long-term stays)

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited—violations will result in a $500 fine plus cleaning/repair fees.
🗑️ Trash: Please dispose of all trash in outdoor bins before departure.
🛠️ Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
🍽️ Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
🔒 Windows & Security: Keep windows closed for safety and security.
🧺 Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items and clean the dryer lint trap.
🚪 Storage Closet: Must remain closed and locked.
🍶 Consumables: Leftover items are left at guests’ discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
🛋️ Furniture: Please do not rearrange furniture.
🎉 Parties & Events: Unauthorized gatherings are not allowed; violations will result in immediate eviction and additional fees.
👥 Registered Guests Only: Any additional guests beyond the registered number require prior approval and will incur a $100 per person charge.
