NO pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in this property.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the house or on the decks/patios.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are strictly prohibited and will result in eviction.
The occupancy can be at most 10 people at any time during your stay.
This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.
