Updated for 2022** -- Completely renovated kitchen, new bathrooms, new hardwood floors, and new carpets on the upper and lower levels.

Step into your private mountain retreat, with secluded side entrance, dense forests to the north and west, and sweeping mountain views with no obstructions to the south. Unit 3 is at the end of a cul de sac, has no traffic, and is very quiet. Enjoy new, rustic hardwood furniture throughout coupled with soft linens and pillow top mattresses. 2 bd (1 queen and 1 double bunk) on the lower level, 1 pullout double on the main level, 1 pullout in the loft on the middle level, and 1 master with queen on the upper. Amenities include high speed mesh wifi, SONOS system, AC throughout, and a wood burning fireplace. A sliding door on the main level opens up to a balcony with grill.

Great vacation!

Beautiful views, clean home that was well stocked and very comfortable home! The kitchen had everything which is perfect for us as we prefer to cook on vacation!

End of summer hiking vacation

Perfect location to hit up the trailheads along the Kanc. We loved how quiet it was after our days out on the trails. Would recommend staying here to others. There were only 2 of us but 4 more could stay comfortably here.

Great weekend getaway

This condo was spacious, clean, quiet, and had excellent amenities. Beautiful mountain views from the living room and master bedroom. The big, well-stocked kitchen was great for cooking dinner. Just a 10-15 minute drive to great hiking, and just a few minutes to the center of Lincoln. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will be back again!

Very nice home,gorgeous views, a ton of steps to get to house. Very clean. Host will look for any dirt he can find once you leave. Also doorbell with video camera greeting you every time you arrive. but all in all very nice clean and comfortable home.

Cozy fall getaway

My family loved the aesthetics of this charming property. And the view of Loon mountain with fall foliage can’t be beat. The kitchen drawers with utensils could do some cleaning as we found crumbs. Would appreciate it if there were more kitchen towels for drying items. Great location at the start of the Kancamagus Highway and close to other hikes.

Perfect Base Camp

What a nice place for us to use as base camp for a week of hiking. Everything we needed was right there, so we could come back from a full day, make dinner, do laundry and relax in well appointed accommodations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

too many steps!

there are 35 steps from the ground to the front door! this is something renters should be told about before they book. I would not have rented this property had i know that there were so many steps...

We had wonderful time at this house, Kitchen was fully equipped with lots of pan and dishes. Beautiful views outside the house. off the "Kancamagus highway". Easy checking and checkout. I will recommend this house to friends.

Great property(but LOTS of stairs)

Property matches the listing except for the fact that the 34 steps up to the property weren’t mentioned. This was an issue for us. Once you reach the unit there are stairs up to the living area and more to the master as well as stairs down to the lower level with a 2nd master and bunk room. Well stocked kitchen and working WiFi/Sonos/cable TV. Close to restaurants/gas and grocery in Lincoln and can’t beat location on the Kanc!

Spacious, Well Equipped and Close to Everything

If you're into skiing, you have found your perfect accommodations. If you're into summer activities this place is also perfect. It's very spacious with the ability to accommodate 2 families comfortably. Everything is well maintained and the decor was very well done. We actually had a rainy day and enjoyed staying in and relaxing. Made some tacos and stared out the picture window and the awesome mountain view. Top Notch. A+. We will be back for sure.
