Set upon an expansive parcel of land and a picturesque backyard made for celebrations, this stunning homestead invites you to experience Port Stephens in true luxury. Relax poolside or come together in the undercover entertaining patio — the heart of the home, designed for long lunches, laughter, and memories that linger.
Inside the Homestead you will be spoiled with a sunken Lounge with Fireplace, the perfect gathering space for cozy evenings. A fully Equipped Kitchen with large dining table for effortless entertaining. And additional Lounge Spaces – Perfect for guests to spread out in comfort.
This home adapts beautifully to your group’s needs, offering flexibility and comfort at every turn.
The ground floor has three large bedrooms, a Queen room and two versatile bedrooms with long singles that zip together into king beds. There is a modern main bathroom to share and a bathroom with shower, positioned near the third lounge room and directly accessible to the patio and pool area — ideal for entertaining guests. The is complete with a pool table for added fun.
Upstairs retreat has a King Bed and private ensuite. And lounge with a Sealy king single day bed and trundle, transforming into two full single beds for family comfort.
While the home feels like a world of its own, you’re only 10 minutes from the sparkling blue waters of Port Stephens. One Mile Beach & Birubi Beach – golden sand, world-class surf, and iconic sand dunes. Adventure playgrounds with camel rides, quad biking, and 4WD tours. Nelson Bay township – brimming with boutique dining, dolphin cruises, whale watching tours, and the world-renowned Shoal Bay Beach. LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen.
Additional costs;
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10. And a maximum 10 visitors.
This property has external security camera's in place, this is only for security purposes.
PARKING - Double lock up and off street parking available.
NOISE - Please ensure you stick within the council noise restriction time frames during your stay - This information is provided in your guest guide.
VISITORS - All gatherings are strictly prohibited without written consent from Management prior to your arrival. Should guests have gatherings or functions without agreement in written form from management of Stay Port Stephens a fee of $500 per head will apply. Should you as the primary guest wish to have visitors to the property at any time, it is a requirement of your booking agreement that Stay Port Stephens management be notified of the names of the attending persons and the date and estimated time they will be on the property for management approval. No visitor is permitted to stay/sleep at the property overnight and must leave by 10pm.
The primary guest is responsible for the actions of visitors they invite onto the premises during the occupancy period and must ensure visitors to the premises comply with this agreement as if they were a guest of the premises.
