Lovely and relaxing 9 days in a great location!

This property is maintained beautifully! The pool was clear, a great temperature, and always had chairs available. We spent a lot of time at the pool. We walked the beach, to the Farmers Market across the street, and to CVS just a few blocks away. We took Uber to Junkanoo, Nervous Nellie’s, Petey’s Upperdeck, Snug Harbour (3 times, one of our favorites), and Flippers (fabulous meal on our final evening).The bed was super comfortable with nice bedding. The balcony was our favorite morning place for coffee and breakfast. The shower was a nice walk-in with luxurious water pressure.We recommend Janet Crockett for transportation to/from the airport and Reel Tales FMB for fishing and/or boat ride.We will definitely be back!

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Ft. Meyer's Beach. The studio is perfect for a couple. The bed was extremely comfortable. It is nicely updated, and had everything that we needed when we cooked. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, towels, noodles, and wagon to use at the beach. The walkway to the beach was all brick and made pulling the wagon so easy. We would definitely recommend this place!

FMB Condo

My husband and I stayed at the condo in April, and we had a great time. The size of the condo was the perfect size for the two of us. The condo came equipped with all the beach supplies we needed: coolers, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, noodles. There were some beach toys too, but we didn’t use them. The wagon was also great for bringing everything to the beach! The beach access was great, just a minute or so walk away. I loved the beach by the condo. It was fairly quiet and uncrowded. We visited the beach on the northern end of the island once, and there was a huge difference in crowd level. If you’re looking for a more private relaxed beach, this is the place. The water was very calm, and there were lots of shells. We even found two sand dollars! While the view from the balcony isn’t directly overlooking the beach, the view from the side of the balcony was still beautiful! The condo was great for the most part, but there were a few things I think could have been better. We picked a condo with a kitchen so that we could cook meals. However, there wasn’t really anything to store the food in. I think we found 1 large food storage container. Also, a couple of the pans were a little on the dingy side. I know everyone has their own preferences on pillows, but we found the provided pillows to be not great and flat. Some of the beach supplies still had sand all over them from the previous renters too. These were pretty minor inconveniences though, and I would certainly stay here again.

Vacation

I really enjoyed the closet full of beach stuff for our needs. In the closet their was a fold out wagon which made our beach days a lot of easier. This is great for families or people who fly in and not having all the necessary items for the beach. Ice maker does not work but we had more than enough with the ice packs for the cooler and the ice trays. I loved the farmers market across the street on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. This place is great for two people!

Great stay

This was our first time in the Ft Meyers area and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Estero Beach and Tennis Club was perfect. Everything you need was within walking distance and the whole area was very clean and filled with pleasant people.

Tropical Paradise

We have vacationed at EBTC for many years but have never had the pleasure of staying in a unit as nice and well equipped as Tom and Jullie's. Every detail was thought of from the bedding and towels, to the kitchen equipment, to our "fun" beach closet og beach umbrellas, coolers and beach chairs. All we needed were our bathing suits! The unit also had our favored view of the Gulf. I was especially impressed and grateful for the excellent communication with the owners. Prior to our arrival we received a detailed packet of information by email including contact phone numbers. It was very reassuring to have that in hand before our departure. On arriving, Tom responded to a text question with a phone call within minutes. I just wish there were more than five stars! or more than fours weeks in February!

Great location on the beach. We like being close to 2 state parks on the south and easy walk to shops/bar/music/restaurants. All beach gear being provided is a big plus!

This property as a whole was very clean. The grounds and building was well kept and beautiful. The condo was also clean and up to date. I really appreciated all the beach equipment that was provided by the condo owners as we as their clear communication. I would definitely go back!

Great Condo & Location

This condo was far better than described. Condo was excellently equipped and more than suitable for husband and wife. Balcony view was really a spectacular view. Could see the beach and overlooked the property grounds and a good part of the area. The grounds of this property are kept very neat and clean. Pool area is excellent but the beach was really nice. Not crowded and very soft sand. The owners of this condo were more than helpful. The information packet they sent out made it easy to find and know all you need. Tom & Julie your property is excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfectly relaxing!!

This condo is exactly as described on VRBO!! The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I! The furnishing are very tasteful, quaint, and cozy! The couch was so comfortable almost made it hard to get up to go out and explore. The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding. Kitchen was well equipped with anything you needed to cook or enjoy a glass of wine! Many extras to use during our stay including quality beach chairs and a wagon to pull our things to the beach was a huge bonus! We enjoyed the condo complex that was right across the street from shopping, great dining and even ice cream! The complex is kept up Very well! Condo has a perfect location on the 8th floor with direct view of the gulf, bay to back and right above the pool for lots of activity. We spent a lot of time on the porch taking in the sights and sunshine! Great shelling right out front! Loved being close to Lovers Key State park where we enjoyed some great hikes. The owners Tom and Julie were so accommodating and helpful! Easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend this property. We travel a lot and stay in condos all over ...... and by far one of my favorites!! Thank you so much for sharing your condo. Book a stay here.... you won’t regret it!

Great vacation spot

Wonderful location overlooking the beach plus close proximity to pool! Nice to have the Sandinista Plaza right across the street! Everything you need!! My only suggestion would be to have another pool .... 1 pool for 3 building makes it hard to find a spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. There are so many pluses to staying at this complex. We both think the condo was perfect for our stay and we certainly appreciated the coffee maker. Great condo. Very clean. Super location. The owners seemed to think of everything. - I wished for a pair of binoculars - and there was a pair behind the TV. All the beach and tennis items in the closet we needed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking at sunset. Also very quick local response when we had a cable tv issue.

good location

Pros: location,comfortable king bed, nice older people, keyless entry, great views of sunrise and sunsets, good beach, shelling close by, everything you would need for shelling and beaching Cons: washer dryer lower level and when cleaning crews in building cannot get them, too much clutter in condo-being a studio not much room and a lot taken up with unneeded décor, , sofa uncomfortable, sometimes a weird smell, did not like the sheets or towels, silverware drawer, frig, had crumbs and sticky stuff , shower was really bad. Called cleaning service and they were there immediately to clean shower, I cleaned other stuff myself. Blow dryer old and quite working and they replaced immediately, Dusty areas, Tv not real clear, clock not working, pets (LOTS) are allowed in building so alittle smelly, also there was a long black snake hanging around pool area afew days I was by pool, Also people would be out early to save best seats( in the sun). Overall just ok.
