If you enjoy the finer things in life then you are sure to fall in love with this 2 bedroom luxury condo inside the guarded gates of the Naples Cay beach community. Endless days in the sun await you whether you choose to head down to the beach via the private beach access, splash around in the heater pool or relax on the units balcony that provides panoramic views of the Gulf. This fantastic newly renovated, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium, has it all!!

Inside the unit boast beautiful counter tops, hardwood and marble floor plus power shades in the living room and master bedroom. The master boasts a king size bed with numerous views of the Gulf through twos sets of floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The guest room has two custom full size beds with extra long king size length. This well-equipped and family friendly unit offers a 60 inch LED TV in the Den and a 56 inch TV in the Master Bedroom. A full state of the art kitchen, washer/dryer, and a free high-speed internet access. The building amenities include an incredible heater swimming pool, a sophisticated fitness room, community grills for barbecuing and two clay tennis courts. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels are provided.

Lovely waterfront condo

My family and I visit Naples once a year and always prefer to stay in the Naples Cay area. The location is more “midtown” Naples, so every area is easier to get to. We love that these units you can just easily walk to a more semi-private beach thats much quieter than the better known, public beaches. This unit is nicely appointed and I really loved the balcony being upgraded with the transparent railings. The furnishings are also comfortable and modernized which is appreciated, though it may not be the most ideal unit if you have smaller messy children (lots of white).I noticed the unit is missing some basic necessities in the kitchen and I thought it odd that there weren’t any throws in the living room. I know that’s not the end of the world, but higher end luxury condos charging thousands to rent should cover all the bases, just my opinion. I’d also recommend leaving out a small “welcome basket” for guests on arrival. Again, don’t have to but having rented other units in this building (& more luxury units in other places) I notice they all do that. It’s an easy touch that makes for a more elevated guest experience and only helps with repeat rentals.Overall it’s a beautiful unit to rent for a couple or a small family with children older than toddler age and I hope to stay here again.

Best time!

We loved our stay - the property was perfect for our family of five (kids ages 16, 13 and 10). The beach was private and very convenient with easy access to beach chairs, umbrella, floats etc. The unit was clean and well appointed (we did cook breakfasts and lunches at home). The location was great and we enjoyed sunsets on the deck. I hope we make it back!

Very clean easy access to property. Everyone was kind and pleasant.

Very clean and the property was remodeled with all new appliances in kitchen. The bathrooms were large and clean. We had a very hot time. I highly doubt this property.

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved this property. The pictures are exact, you get what you see. The balcony view was our favorite place each morning and evening. Extremly clean, quiet, & family friendly location. I would definitely book again.
