1st Floor:

Kitchen: This bright and modern kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals with family and friends. It features crisp white cabinetry, spacious countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Amenities include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender. A large island with seating for 4 provides the perfect gathering space for meals and conversation.

Dining Room: Next to the kitchen, the dining area centers around a wooden table with seating for 8, creating a comfortable space to share meals together.

Living Rooms: The home offers 2 beautifully furnished living spaces, each designed for comfort and connection. The front living room offers generous seating and a relaxed coastal feel, perfect for conversation or quiet downtime. Toward the back of the home, the main living area flows seamlessly with the kitchen and dining spaces, creating an inviting open-concept layout ideal for gathering and entertaining.

Bathroom #1: This bathroom is located in the main hallway, easily accessible from both living areas. It includes a single vanity and large walk-in shower.

Bedroom + Bathroom #2: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, 2 accent chairs, a private closet, and a flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom attached with a single vanity and shower/bathtub combination.

Bedroom + Bathroom #3: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, 2 dressers, a woven storage bench, private closet, and a flat-screen TV. Guests will have direct access to the front balcony. There is a private bathroom attached with a Jack-and-Jill vanity and shower/bathtub combination.

Bedroom #4: This bedroom includes a custom-built full/full bunk bed and a dresser. Bathroom #4 is conveniently located across the hallway and shared with Bedroom #1.

Bathroom #4: This bathroom is located to the left of the stairs in the hallway. It includes a jack-and-jill vanity and large walk-in shower for Bedrooms #1 and #4.

Laundry: The laundry room is located on the 2nd floor and includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Pets are NOT permitted in this home.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 3 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
