Holmes Beach beach home completely redesigned in late 2025 — and Unit B has the most distinctive interior on the property. The coral color palette in the living room and dining area gives this unit its own identity separate from Unit A next door. New furnishings throughout, abundant natural light, and a kitchen stocked for real cooking — air fryer, crock pot, full cookware and bakeware.

The private deck faces full sun — designed for guests who want maximum rays rather than shade. Brand-new comfortable seating for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening cocktails in the golden-hour glow. Below, the shared heated pool extends partially under the home's covered area, giving guests the option to swim in shade when the sun deck has done its work.

The bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and a full bathroom with tub and shower combo — a proper soak after a beach day. The living room has a smart TV and comfortable seating. 1-gig WiFi. Central AC. Streaming & cable TV. Shared ground-level laundry.

An EV charger is built in and included at no extra fee — one of the few vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island with this. Four homes from two of the best beach accesses on the island — 29th and 30th Streets, less crowded than the main public accesses. Under five minutes to the emerald water. Beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon provided.

Sand and Sun Unit B requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
