Grande y hermoso apartamento con encanto en el jardín barbacoa ahumada, justo al lado del mar y la zona histórica, muy tranquila, con doble acristalamiento, aire acondicionado reversible, calefacción, 2 dormitorios muy grandes: cada una con su baño privado y WC. Claras y tranquilas, suelos de madera, techos altos, cocina italiana moderna a estrenar, con vistas al jardín privado y patio, hermosa zona, hermoso edificio. Tiendas, restaurantes, museos, colada verde, playa, centro elegante justo al lado. Tranvía, tren, autobús también.

Hablo francés e Inglés. I, siempre y ropa de cama, toallas de baño y playa, cuna y qq juegos para niños.

This property perfectly met our needs. The location is perfect for easy access to primary points of interest and public transportation (trams and main train station). The amenities we most appreciated were fast reliable WiFi, excellent kitchen appliances and an easy to operate washer and dryer. It’s located one street over from the busy shopping street, Jean Médecin, making it convenient but also less crowded and quieter. The apartment is secure, and the surrounding area is very safe. The apartment is clean, very spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and large dining table. I highly recommend this property and welcome an opportunity to stay here again.

Lovely home in a great location. Good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Well equipped kitchen though we preferred to eat out. Very responsive to questions even mailed back something we left behind. Great set up for two couples. Parking a little confusing at first but easy to adjust to. Would highly recommend and would live to visit again

You hit a home run if you get to stay here- believe me!We only wish that our stay here could have been for a longer period of time. Absolutely one of the most fantastic vacation stays ever, and I have traveled plenty in my 69 years. Luisa Maisel’s home is far more than the description presented. What an incredibly spacious, charming, and immaculately kept property to enjoy the beautiful city of Nice, France!This home could not be located in a more central location to EVERYTHING- high end dining, shopping, tourist attractions, waterfront, beaches, historical monuments…. just name it- an easy walk away.Luisa and Filipe are not just endearing hosts; they are warm and caring people who truly love to make you welcome in their home and city. I just love to have conversations with them. Super communication from booking to departure.This home is roomy and absolutely immaculate. Upgraded everything- appliances, windows, kitchen, beds and bedding, bathrooms, dishware, etc.The art pieces that you will enjoy are nicer than the finest of the highest rated hotels. There were huge couches (4 of them!), luxury reading chairs, large coffee tables and dining table. Just wonderful. It was just me and my wife so we could not even spend much time in the useful living areas. Next time we will bring some of our adult children.

Luisa’s apartment is fantastic. The photos don’t give you a true sense of how big the place is. All of the rooms are spacious. The appliances are practically brand new. The furniture is first class. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are way bigger than is typical in southern France and have been recently renovated. The showers are great. The location is within easy walking distance of most of the major attractions, including the beach and Vieux Nice, as well as the train station and the tram line. Most of all, Luisa is a fantastic host (as is Philippe). Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Luisa’s apartment is the only place to stay for us in Nice.

Fabulous residence

The apartment is spacious and beautiful. Well, appointed with the most modern appliances period our host is absolutely delightful, super knowledgeable of what to do and where to eat, and is a delight. She shows genuine concern about her guests and was always making sure that we were happy and had everything we needed . a full size washer and dryer is a welcome plus For travelers.

Fantastic place to stay

The house was just what we needed. It's location was perfect to be able to walk to get groceries or to view the sights. Shopping, tram's and buses are also very close. The transit system was easy to use and very cheap. The house had everything we needed to cook. Not that we cooked much. The host and her husband were so nice and very helpful. We got off our cruse ship early in the day and were able to get in early since the house was already ready. Thank you so much for letting us use your lovely house!

Fantastic week despite the weather!

This apartment is perfection. The location is convenient to absolutely everything - we loved the cafe across the street, restaurants around the block, Nice Etoile mall at the end of the block (it poured for days), Jean Médecin is a block away and so is Galeries Lafayette. The bus stops across the street. Place Massena is 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is even lovelier than the photos. It’s enormous and filled with light. The beds are comfortable, so are the couches, we figured out the TV easily. The kitchen is very well-equipped. It rained a lot and we were so glad to have such a nice place to hang out together, so much better than a hotel room!

Spacious apartment in great location.

We enjoyed our stay in this large apartment in the centre of Nice. The location of the property was perfect, just a short walk to Place Massena, Promenade du Paillon and the beach. Also very close to Jean Medecin tram station to get anywhere else in the city. The apartment itself was clean, well furnished and and had all of the ammeneties and equipment we needed to cook family meals. It was also full of beutiful art! Luisa and her husband were great hosts, checking that we had everything we needed on arrival but leaving us to enjoy the space in private. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

By far the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at, anywhere in the world. So spacious, clean and immaculate decor. Nathalie was so helpful and communication was easy. She let us drop our luggage early and showed us around the place. Felt like a very personalized experience. We enjoyed the space so much we actually spent a couple evenings in the apartment instead of going out, something I have never done on a trip before. Very easy to get to/from the airport by tram (3 minute walk to the station) and less than 15 minute walk to Nice-Ville station making it very easy to take day trips anywhere.

For Once--An Honest Listing AND a Fabulous Value

When traveling a half a world away to a place you've never been before, there is always some anxiety around finding "just the right place" for you and family to call your home away from home. If you are thinking about Nice, then look no further because THIS IS THE PLACE First, I'll tell you that its one of only two places I've ever booked where it looked as good or better in person than it did in the listings (the other place was in Lake Tahoe). Its in a nice quiet neighborhood that's walking distance to everywhere and everything in Nice or you can take the tram which is only a block away. The exterior of the building is almost like camaflouge vs luxe the interior accommodations...almost stealthy in the way it doesnt beg for attention but when you walk into the apartment you will defintely get that "WOW!" factor. More important than all of the above, the owner really cares which is evidenced in her thoughtful communications prior to your arrival and by ensuring you are greeted upon arrival, then as you settle in you keep noticing one extra touch after another...the appliances are high end, the pots and pans and culinary tools really are nice, as is the espresso maker and the tins of coffee, spices, treats and amenities. All thoughtfully provided. We were there for 4 days out of a 14 day trip to France (Normandy-Paris-Nice) and this VRBO was definitely in a class by itself. There was a glitch with one of the AC units but we need it as the weather was perfect in Nice.

Perfect stay in the heart of nice!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful and well located apartment. Plenty of space to hang out and a great kitchen to cook meals. Fully stocked with all you might need, including laundry and beach towels and a little cart to do groceries. Phillipe was attentive and gave us a great tour of the apartment and Louisa’s recommendations for restaurants were perfect.

More than we could imagine!

Luisa is the ideal host. She is super attentive and available. The home is GORGEOUS and decorated marvelously. Two beautiful, cozy beds and a sofa bed. Excellent location. A quick walk to anywhere you’d want to go. HIGHLY recommend and would love to come back.

The perfect place to stay in Nice

This gorgeous apartment became our home for a week. The location is walking distance from everything, the home is appointed with beautiful art and comfortable furnishings and the hosts are super helpful and friendly. Hopefully we are able to return to Nice some day so we can stay here again.

Fabulous experience

We loved our stay in Luisa’s beautiful, spotless, and comfortable apartment, which is on a quiet street yet close to the old part of the city and the promenade. Luisa could not have been easier to deal with. She helped us so much at check in and check out. We loved coming home to this serene, artfully decorated space after a day of seeing the sights of Nice and the nearby Riviera towns

Perfection in the center of Nice

What a proper positive French stay in a beautiful Apartment...... It was just what my family needed. A very central location close to all transportation and very close to beaches . Some highlights.....beds, art, lovely linens, great modern kitchen. and a very helpful host-Luisa to share secret places in her town. The A/C was cold and very much a plus. I love France and it had been a good minute since my last visit. Nice is a bustling fun city and such a great place to discover all the magical cities in the south of France. Luisa's home is more than one could hope for.... Hope I get to return someday.

Great pied-à-terre in Nice

Excellent location for exploring Nice. Just two blocks from Jean Medicin trams and bus stops and easy walking throughout the center of Nice. Spacious, comfortable apartment with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Luisa was very responsive and helpful. Second bedroom toilet not en suite, but still convenient. Would recommend for two couples or a family.

Spacious and well located

This apartment is very big with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area as well as a large lounge room. The apartment has been recently renovated with new kitchen appliances and refitted bathrooms. There is also a new clothes washer and dryer. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided from crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils and pots and pans, as well as many food and cooking oils and spices, tea and coffee. The apartment is located just a short walk from the main shopping street in central Nice with tram stops and a shopping mall within easy reach. Luisa was very helpful in providing advice to make our holiday memorable. We had a very pleasant stay in Nice and would highly recommend this apartment for 2 couples or a family.

Huge, gracious spaces--great room PLUS living room, wonderfully furnished by a working artist. The host, Lisa, a 37-year expat from New York, was a treat. I didn't read the instruction not to put coffee grounds down the sink drain and it back up. She was very gracious about it, saying that it was old plumbing. BTW, the coffee maker was a DeLonghi expresso maker--cappuccino as good as it gets. Drenching shower head. Location, location, location--ten minute walk to Saleya/Old Town or the beach. Lisa provides the necessary beach shoes. Don't even think of walking on the cobbled beach without them. Two blocks from the tram. A block from the main shopping drag. 3 blocks from the boutique district. 3 blocks from the pedestrian mall, loaded with restaurants. Pro tip: always walk into a pharmacy to ask for nearby dining recommendations. A superbly-stocked Monoprix two blocks away opens at 7am with all you need for breakfast--breads, pastries, cheese shop, orange juice squeezed before your very eyes. My wife was getting a cold so we bought a "yellow" chicken and made a delicious broth that she had every morning. So much better than USAmerican chicken--even organic, air-cooled chicken. Voila! No safe, but very secure front door lock. It was one floor walk up, what Europeans call the first floor and what USAmericans call the second. We felt very secure. Great a/c with room-by-room regulation. BTW, we rented a car for the week and parked it nearby for $150 a week. If we were to do it again, we would skip the car and use public transportation to Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, etc. Driving isn't fun in France, very narrow streets. If you want to go to more remote places like Grasse or Eze you could rent a car for just a day or take a tour. We paid twice as much for half the space in Paris. Just rent this place and don't even bother to thank me for guiding you to it, tsk. Thank you, Lisa, for a glorious visit!

Amazing stay in Nice!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Nice. Luisa’s appartement was perfect for our family of four. It is close to the beach, trains, buses, trams, shopping and amazing restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and we really appreciated the air conditioning. Luisa and her husband were wonderful hosts and we hope to be back one day!

Absolutely wonderful apartment and host

The apartment is wonderfully located and within walking distance from the beach, grocery shops, best shopping centers, main train station, tram station and bus stops - super convenient to explore the best of Nice and its surrounding neighborhoods. And Luisa could not have been a kinder, more accommodating, or more responsive and attentive host. From letting us in at 1am when our flight was delayed, to sending us summer camp links for our 9 year old ans helping us with various ad hoc requests, Luisa was so generous with her time, despite being extremely busy preparing for art shows. Would highly, highly recommend!

I am american, from New York, I have lived in france for 30 years now. I work as a Professor of art in Monaco, teaching painting, drawing and sculpture. I have 2 grown up kids, who flew the coop, both are musicians.
We are a happy family and the space is a happy space.

The space is perfect, the comments true and guests are welcome and very happy always. The space feels like a home, on a mediterraenean garden, private, quiet and charming, bright, sunny and cheerful. It's great for 2 couples traveling together or for a family. It's so big and spacious that it's a pleasure just that in itself. The fact that it has 2 big bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 wc makes it super comfortable. There's a fold out couch as well in the living area which is extra comfy if needed. It's home.
Very easy access to the Riviera as well.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The appartment is huge & great. Cozy, charming, bright, quiet, close to everything, in the best neighborhood of Nice. It has all the modern you could wish for: great beds and bedding, beach towels, air conditioning/heating, music & films, breakfast goodies and the basics for cooking; oil, vinegar, sugar, etc ..No the sea is right there..
