This 2-bedroom, 2-bath mobile home is located on Grassy Key, in the Florida Keys, on the Gulf side. It sits on a canal, offering easy access to open water through Tom's Harbor for the Atlantic side, making it an ideal location for fishing enthusiasts. The property is just one canal away from the open Gulf.
The cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares a jack and jill ...bathroom to the hallway. There's a comfortable lanai off the kitchen with two queen sleeper sofa, plenty of seating, and a TV. The living room features two couches and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and a gas stove. In addition to the living areas, both bedrooms have TVs.
The property comes with some great amenities for fishing and relaxation. It offers a total of 60 feet of dockage, complete with a step-down dock and a fish cleaning station. For modern conveniences, there is Wi-Fi and cable TV available. For outdoor cooking, there is a gas grill, and for laundry needs, a private washer/dryer is provided. All linens are also included in the rental.
The location is just off the main highway, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere, while still being conveniently located near all the necessary amenities.

If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.
Four kayaks are availabe to rent with paddles. $100 each per week, must be over 18, and sign hold harmless form. Lost or broken paddle replacement charge is $125 each.
Max Boat length is 45 ft. No RVS or motor homes allowed on property. Parking room for 2 vehicles and 1 trailer. Launch your boat from nearby Grassy Key Marina (Gulf side). Confirm fee with marina.
The road on the water side of Blue Isle Blvd (end of street) is Privately owned by all of the owners on that street. DO not go onto this road as it is considered trespassing.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
