Welcome to the beautiful Winnisquam lake house. The house has a beautiful view of the lake from the porch, a few steps down to a beach with clean shallow water, soft sandy bottom for swimming and kayaking, Adirondack chairs on the deck. This home has everything you need to enjoy the lake during the summer, ski slopes in the winter. Completely remodeled kitchen, a huge living room, 4 spacious bedrooms, total of 2000sqft living space. Enjoy kayak, boats, fishing, hiking skiing biking, and more.

This is a private single-family house with 2000sqft of living area, 4 bedrooms, 1 half bath on the first floor with washer and dryer, 1 full bath in the second floor, and another full bath in the master bedroom in the second floor.
The house is located on a private Winnisquam lake beach in a condo association, direct access to water for swimming, kayaking through a day dock, shared with other guests.
Kitchen is remodeled with island and counter bar stools, the kitchen is fully equipped. Our fridge is always clean, never empty, we stock condiments and fresh basic food items in the fridge and in the pantry for your use. 1850’ butler room turned into dining room and pantry.
All linens and towels are provided, we have washer and dryer on first floor so you can go back home with clean laundry.
Central AC, living room with huge couch, cable TV, games and books.
Back porch is very spacious with rocking chairs, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunrise view of the lake, or take your coffee down to the deck and the beech.
There is a back yard with chairs, table, grill for cookout, outdoor dining.
