You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has three bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to Five Lucky guests.

The building offers a secured entrance into the lobby, with shared elevator access - Makes hauling luggage a breeze! The condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!

The three spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. Two of the bedrooms offer a wall-mounted smart TV, for those relaxing nights in, and ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom can be accessed from the hall for ease of use for other guests in your party!

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Loved the security and location of the property. Pillows need to be upgraded and more plentiful. Clean and fully stocked just as stated in the description. Very nice property and great location.

Beautiful location and easy access

We had a lovely 2 day stay, very comfortable. We didn't know the couch was a pull out which was even better! The public garage is 0.2 miles away so we used the side alley to drop our luggage to park. Let me tell you, this is so close to all the sights, bars and attractions! We would definitely stay again!

Better than a motel

We were not impressed by this place. You’ll notice almost all of the picture of this place are of the public roof top. Even the roof top leaves a lot to be desired.

Just a couple of blocks from food, shopping and the river. The space was clean and ready for our group when we arrived. Any questions I had were answered via text quickly and professionally. There’s no onsite parking but parking garages are close by so that wasn’t a real issue for us. We will definitely consider this property again on our next visit to Savannah.

Good location but very loud neighbors

This property was very clean and in a good location. Furniture made it feel like we were staying in a student apartment. Walls were very thin. Neighbors were so loud, kept us up until 2 am. Description said street and meter parking. It did not say you might have to park 5 blocks away. We suggest making sure all TV remote works and replace burnt out lightbulbs. Also, a keurig would be nice.

Much Needed Getaway

The rental property was very nice and comfortable. The parking situation which we were unaware of was very difficult. When you are in your 70s and have to park in a deck and walk 6 blocks back to the rental it is VERY difficult. We could not get to the rooftop deck because the code wasn't correct. Also, the door leading to the stairs stayed open 24/7 and it does not feel safe at night. We did close it constantly, but it would be open in a short time. I would recommend this rental to younger people who are able to handle the walk to and from the car. But be aware there is no parking at the rental except in the parking garages and there is a daily fee to the garages.

Great location average everything else

I rented this location because my mobility challenged mother was with us. The elevator and location were the main draw. Both were very good. I used to live in Savannah, so I know about the parking issue in Savannah. But there was no easy on street parking that was convenient. Fortunately, we had a handicapped placard and there was one handicapped spot at the corner of Whitaker and Oglethorpe. The Queen bedroom had a torn sheet on the bed, the door didn't close because a screw was half way out, the tub had not been scrubbed, and one of the bedside lights didn't work. The walls were very thin. We could hear people using the bathroom in a neighboring unit and we couldn't run the dishwasher at night because it was so loud through the wall at the head of the bed. Two of the bedrooms did not have windows or any outside light or egress, the only one with a window was the one with only a twin bed. The unit had basic kitchen items. More glasses and cups would have been nice. Also, there was some coffee, but no sugar, no tea, no salt or pepper. We never did figure out how to turn on the lights in the kitchen and dining area, nor the lamp in the living room. The lobby areas on each floor were nice, kudos for the book selection, all appliances and facilities were in good operating order except the icemaker in the frig did not work. The floors were dirty, we had to wash our feet several times because they were black from walking barefoot in the unit. I probably won't stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: My friends and I stayed here for 4 nights and had an overall good experience. The location was great as it was within walking distance to the heart of Savannah. The biggest issue was not having designated parking and having to walk several blocks to and from a parking garage. The common areas of the building were hot and stuffy but the apartment itself was fine. The walls are super thin and it could get a bit noisy. Also, for the cleaning fee being paid, you would think the floors would at least be mopped. I walked around barefoot this first night and my feet were filthy. Everything else seemed to be clean but the floors were gross. One of the door handles was messed up and you could only open the same bedroom door so far because it would catch on the floor. The main door to the apartment also didn't close properly so we had to make sure to pull it closed every time. The kitchen pots and pans seemed brand new which was nice. Overall it was a decent stay and I would probably stay there again.

Overall, I would recommend. I think I’d look for something with a better unobstructed view.

Once we arrived we parked in a nearby parking garage and walked everywhere even though our mom was in a wheelchair. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well equipped. In unit 304 there was even a sleeper sofa giving each of us our own bed. We would stay there again.

The staff I interacted with were all super professional & helpful. We were able to check in early and check out late for a fee. You can only request these within 24 hours prior.The location is awesome, the entrance is in the alley off Whitaker.As other reviewers had stated, the walls are super thin, I brought a noise machine and it helped.The roof deck is definitely in need of some help, there were no lounge chairs out and no umbrellas to be able to sit up there in the afternoon sun to enjoy it. The deck paint is peeling.I will say that the furnishing could use an update or a little refresh but overall, it was good.If I were to stay next time I would rent a unit with a private balcony- the description lists it for 304 but I believe it was only for the roof deck.

Our unit was roomy, clean, and comfortable. We didn't have any issues with any of our codes (and there are 3 of them). The one recommendation for anyone who is a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Yes, the walls are thin and with the great location of the unit, there is also a lot of street noise that comes through. The building next door (the white one in the picture) is undergoing major renovation and the crews work A LOT.

Reviewer Comments: This picture is misleading, we thought that it was off of our condo ... however it is the roof of the building. The other pics are misleading as well, the fridge does not produce ice which is fine once we know! The t.v. In the bedroom w/the king bed didn’t work. The bathroom off that room has mold growing on both shower heads. The entire condo is LOUD ... there is no buffer? The construction from outside and other tenants inside ... you hear everything!! The elevator... when stopping “bounces”. Kinda scary! And somewhere on your site it should advise that there is NO FREE PARKING ANYWHERE in town!!!!!

So fun!!

Great location, central to all restaurants and shopping and the river front. The check-out instructions were easy and short, the place was super cute and clean. My only complaint was the walls and windows are very thin and you can hear all the street noise and our neighbors were loud. Overall though a great experience!

The location was absolutely perfect—there were so many restaurants, bars, and stores all within walking distance. The place was exactly as pictured and it was very clean. Once we found the correct entrance, the check-in process was easy. Checking out was also very easy. This place had plenty of towels, soap (laundry, hand, and dish soap), cups, dishes, etc. for our group of 5. Overall, we had a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we could not find parking so we quickly unloaded in a tow zone and drove to a parking garage. The shower was backed up the first day. The dishwasher has a trick that you might find difficult to master but it must click shut or it won't go on. The dryer (washer/dryer) only works on timed dry and the fan was not synched and needed to be worked on after we left since he did not have a part. The management group answers the phone and sends maintenance which is good but for a long weekend two out of three days for maintenance is alot. The location is in the center of everything which was good. it was alot of money to have to "play house" while on vacation.

Very good location and roomy

Very near the riverfront. You can walk all over from this location..so we didn’t even need our cars.we like walking it was nice. The living room dining room area is spacious with an open kitchen concept…the third bedroom is a single bed. Overall a good stay

We had to park on the streets(and good looking finding a place) we drove around a lot trying to find somewhere to park. We got a parking permit since the parking places were on a meter. You also have to be aware of the times on the parking places since the street sweepers come through at night. The condo itself was redone in good taste, but there were a few things that were broke when we got there. It had about everything you need, and we felt safe there as the building has codes for every door. Overall, it was a good condo for what we wanted it for.

The apartment was very cute and in walking distance to everything. We went to all the squares, river walk, and the market each day. I would definitely stay here again.
