BEACH FRONT condo - #705 HUGE balcony

This recently updated 3BR/3BA Gulf Front 7th floor condo has 2 ocean front master suites with balcony access, plus balcony access from the living room. Start the day with breakfast on the large 40 foot long balcony, relax in the complementary beach chairs (2 - March thru October) with your toes in the sand, and watch the sun set from the captain's chairs overlooking the pool and the Gulf. Enjoy grilling out under a covered grill and picnic area, while playing basketball or shuffle board. A beachside volleyball net is up during the warmer months, for some good family bonding. The property is located at the quiet East end of PCB, very family oriented, near St Andrews State Park...it boasts the same sugar white sands as the State Park. The pier is within walking distance (not to be confused with Pier Park). Shopping and dining is nearby at Pier Park. We apologize, at this time no pets are allowed for our guests. This condo sleeps 8 comfortably. Parking includes two spots.

Master 1 - The Flamingo Room has a dresser, but no closet. It also has balcony access.
Master 2 - The Coral Room has a dresser, 2 bifold closets, and a linen closet. It also has balcony access
Guest 1 - The Mermaid Room has a small dresser and a walk-in closet.

We had an excellent time for our short 4 day stay. The condo was super clean and we didn't have any issues. We would stay there again no questions. This is either our 3rd or 4th time staying at the Commodore and it's our favorite place to stay when visiting PCB.

Family reunion

This condo was perfect for our needs. The third bedroom with its own en suite and separate entrance was ideal for our son and his wife. Our daughter and her three teenaged boys took the other two bedrooms. Nice, modern finishes in this condo. We’ve been coming to the Commodore for ten years and our married kids came for the first time.

Amazing!

Communication with the owners was great. The property isn’t good, it is GREAT! It went above my expectations. There were so many extras like lightening chargers in the rooms, new and updated tasteful decor, up to date appliances and TV’s. The balcony is huge, clean, a lot of up to date furniture out there. The view is wonderful. Just wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!

Loved our stay!

My family has been coming to the Commodore for many years. This was our first time in Danielle’s unit and we had such a great experience! The room was furnished beautifully, comfortable beds, and provided all of the kitchen amenities you could need. The chairs and umbrella on the beach were a great added bonus! My 3 year old and 1.5 year old had the perfect spots to sleep in a bunk bed and a packnplay. Danielle was an amazing host by being consistently in communication and quickly responded to my questions throughout our time. I highly recommend the condo for families looking for a peaceful location, great pool and beach area, and comfortable space to go for a fun vacation!

Family vacation.

The place was nice. We had 3 condos in all. Family from 2 to 83. Even introduced my grandchildren to bingo that was in the room. It was a wonderful week. The only downside was the tvs in the bedrooms we could not get any service and there was no cable at all. The cable boxes were on every TV but there was no connection. We were able to pull up Pluto TV in the living room, but no where else. I feel for the amount we paid we should have been able to get cable🤔. Otherwise it was a beautiful week. Thank you.

With waters that stay warm into October and are absolutely stunning during brief mild winters, there is not a more beautiful place to relax and unwind.
