Each year the tenants in the winter have first option for their same time period for the following year. New reservation availability begins end of April each year.

Beautifully remodeled 2 BR, 2 BA beachfront condo with stunning ocean views and private lanai!
Enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf and the six-mile white sandy beach from this 7th floor condo on Marco Island’s coveted south end! Watch the dolphins frolic while having your morning coffee on the spacious lanai, wander the beach collecting seashells, then marvel at the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico!
Indulge in this beach vacation with all the amenities. This 1,000 sq ft condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a queen sleep sofa, and two full bathrooms. The bedrooms feature TVs, plenty of closet space, and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom and the living area open to the large balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped, all linens and towels are included, along with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, and even beach toys! Other amenities include a washer and dryer, 3 TVs, free wifi and cable. There is a parking fee paid to Sea Winds at check in of $50 per vehicle, one time for the full stay.
The Sea Winds features a pool and Jacuzzi, tennis courts, pickle ball and plenty of parking. Nearby are restaurants, shopping, mini golf, a movie theater, ice cream shops, and Caxambus Park, where you can watch the fishing boats come in with their catch.
When you’re ready for adventure, try jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, or paddle boarding. Or explore the Gulf on a boat tour, a guided fishing excursion, a dolphin watching adventure, or a boat trip through the Everglades. Or play a round at one of the many gorgeous golf courses nearby.
You will fall in love with this stunning condo! The gorgeous beach, the dazzling sunsets, and the impeccable design of the condo will have you coming back to Marco Island again and again!

Karen was an amazing host. The condo is right on the beach and was very nice and clean. Parking was easy and everything in Marco Island is less than 10 minutes away. Karen was very helpful in offering up suggestions and even helped us coordinate a grocery delivery since we were arriving on Christmas Day.

Great condo

The condo was beautiful, the location perfect, realtor very accommodating. Being directly on the beach was fantastic. It couldn’t have been any better. Loved every minute! Will be back!

Beautiful condo with amazing view!

Lovely condo, perfect size for a family of 4 but could fit 6 if they don't mind sleeping on a sleeper sofa. The views were extraordinary from the balcony, it was our favorite place to be. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

We had a wonderful stay!

Karen stayed in touch with us throughout our stay, She is easy to get in touch with if you need anything. The condo was perfect for our week in Marco with our 12 and 13 year old children. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with white, powdery, quartz sand and clear water. We were able to walk to many fantastic, upscale restaurants and shops. It's a very safe area with lots to do in addition to a beautiful beach.

Perfect condo on the beach

Amazing location with everything you need and more in the condo. Loved that beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were included. So helpful since we flew in and can’t bring those things with us! Loved drinking my coffee on the balcony in the morning watching dolphins and watching the sunset every night.

Relaxing Family Vacation

This condo is comfortable, clean and well equipped just as listed. The property is right on the beach and the beach is beautiful. The property Manager Karen was great to work with and was so accommodating. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Frustrated

This condo was lovely, with everything you could ever need. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and great views of the beach. The downside was that it was very noisy and hard to sleep, with people above us moving furniture around at midnight and other people clapping shoes together and kids yelling early in the morning. I realize this can be condo life, especially the July 4th week, but it made for a very frustrating and tiring experience for us.

Amazing trip!

Amazing week at the Sea Winds. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything you needed and more. Beach is gorgeous and the pool and hot tub we used every day. Karen the property manager was awesome throughout the whole process ! Highest recommendations!!!

We had an amazing week and the condo was awesome. Marco Island is beautiful and the weather was perfect. The sunsets were gorgeous. Karen was great to work with and the condo was everything we expected.

Always a good time in Marco :)

Property manager, Karen, was fantastic! We had a late flight, and she was more than accommodating with getting us into the condo. She was also easy to get in touch with and responded within minutes. Communication prior to our arrival was great, also. Space was perfect for two adults and two teens. Plenty of beach stuff for days spent by the ocean. Nothing fancy, but that’s what we like! Everything we needed was in the condo. Especially loved the regular sized washer and dryer! Overall, we loved the location and loved our stay!

Beautiful view

No complaints about our visit. Everything was perfect. Enjoyed the beautiful sunsets every evening from our balcony. The condo was clean and all our needs were provided. Everyone was helpful. Overall, it was a perfect week.

Nice view, musty smell

As soon as we entered the condo, we were hit with a musty smell. We did everything Karen told us to do, but it didn’t help. She gave us a different place to stay at for the night, and she was going to look in to it in the morning. Upon inspection, we were told the moisture was an acceptable range and they thought it might be from the dirty filter, which was caused by the dryer vent box not having water in it. They replaced the filter and put water in the vent box. When we went back in the condo hours after that, we still smelled it. We ended up staying in a house up the street but it didn’t have an ocean view. Karen did give us the beach access key, which was very nice. We’ve stayed at numerous condos on Marco Island, some in the same building, and we’ve never encountered a musty smell in any of them. So, all in all, we ended up with a bigger place, but no view. And, it still cost the same as the ocean view condo!

Fantastic Week in Paradise

First time taking our kids to Florida and it was perfect. The condo was beautiful and we had an amazing view! Everything was exactly as it said it would be in the listing. Karen was amazing to work with and easy to get ahold of. The only negative about the week was one elevator broke during check-in so it was very crowded in the halls on the main floor. We will definitely be back!!

Karen is very easy to communicate with. Everything in the photos/description is accurate. It was very clean. Location is great. The complex was very nice and safe! Balcony was so spacious and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. Was so sad to leave the beautiful condo and Marco! No negatives at all.

Favorite Beach

Love Marco Island and love the Sea Winds complex. Only negative feedback would be, there was no wagon or cart with wheels to carry everything to the beach. Other than that, we enjoyed every part of our stay. 😁

Pleasant Stay

Enjoyed our time in Marco - second time there, and this location was much better in proximity to the beach than an early stay on the north side. Property was nice, people courteous, communication was top notch. Recommend!

3 family owned beachfront condos in same building. Parents bought pre-construction. Been visiting and enjoying Marco for decades. Watched it transform into what Marco is today versus early 1980's. Have a local state licensed manager/rental agent to help with all aspects of the rental and property management. She has been assisting with these condos for us for over 20 years. Helps with ease of check in, in case there are any mishaps she has an arsenal of prompt independent and licensed service techs for all services that may be needed, available 24/7.

Nice area of the island to walk to many activities. Shorter walking distance from building to water's edge than north end of the island (about 50 yards), all units face directly onto the beach and Gulf. Washer dryer in the units, floor plan has living room AND master bedroom facing the beach and Gulf with access in each room to the private lanai which is the width of both rooms. Building offers jacuzzi by the pool. Tennis use is included. Parking is not assigned but guaranteed. Parking fee paid to building management at check for $50 per vehicle, one time for the full stay, limit 2 cars.
