***Guest booked 9/20 - 9/23 will not be able to park in the lot closest to the unit, due to a repaving project. Guests will need to move their cars on 9/20 and won't be able to move them back until after 9/23. Paving work is ongoing at Ocean & Racquet 9/20 - 9/27, which might cause noise in the area.***

Enjoy ocean breezes as your relax in the living area and fall asleep to soothing ocean waves. The cozy master bedroom suite features an remodeled bathroom with step in shower. The guest room is tucked away at the front of the unit with easy access to an also remolded guest bathroom. Throughout the condo the tile flooring makes sweeping up the sand a breeze! The patio is great for entertaining with access to the building's lawn area.

Resort style amenities for you to enjoy such as: 2 no stair beach access points; 1 heated pool; 1 unheated pool; 4 lighted tennis courts; several fishing ponds to catch the BIG one; boccie court; shuffle board court and 5 heated spas to relax in; grills for an evening BBQ and so much more. Best of all, complex is located right on St. Augustine Beach!

The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins!

The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself!

This property is not handicap accessible. Even though it is a ground floor unit there are a few steps to get into the property.

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you.

Parking: Two cars may be parked at the unit and a third car may be parked at the overflow lot near the clubhouse (check with office for availability for 3rd vehicle). IMPORTANT: You must purchase a parking pass ($25) from the association's website.

Service Animals: Pets are not allowed at our beach retreat. If you bring a pet, we will charge your damage deposit for a pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house and you will risk cancellation of your booking. You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal, it's important to let the cleaners know and the office of the condo.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.
