Located in Horseshoe Bend with stunning views of the main channel and a large deck with access from both the master bedroom and the great room! Up the spiral staircase is the super cute loft equipped with 3 twin beds and views from the upper level! This unit is just steps from the communal pool and includes a 10x24 boat slip if you bring your own or rent one at the lake. All the conveniences of home including internet/ wifi, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer inside the unit! This is the perfect place to enjoy the views while working or spending time on the lake!

Wonderful Stay

The property in clean, well maintained and the complex is quiet. The owner communicated promptly with us each time we reached out and was very flexible. The view is lovely and the price was great! Would definitely recommend.

Loved this property all except all the stairs.

Was a bit off guard when we got there because the door was opened. However, everyone was so kind and the property was fantastic. If visiting there are a couple things we had to go buy. Things you will need sheet pans, skillet, and bbq brush otherwise everything was there.

Great Family Spot

There were six of us total that stayed at this property (two adults, two elderly adults, and two children). We had more than enough room here, and the kids LOVED the staircase! The outside stairs are a lot for elderly folks with knee trouble, but we didn’t come and go too much so it wound up being fine for us. The place is easy to find, and the view is beautiful! They have plenty of items in the kitchen to cook and eat with (unlike previous reviews). If I had to list out anything that wasn’t absolutely great, it would be that the rugs are pretty dirty looking, and the one bathroom had a broken towel bar that we couldn’t put towels on. Those are not items that would deter us from staying here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing!

Our stay was amazing at this condo! It was a quiet location which we enjoyed. The rooms were wonderful, plenty of places to sleep and each room had a little fan!! The kitchen was nice and a pantry to put our extra stuff in so it wasn’t sitting out on the table/counters. We used the grill multiple times which was nice. We also used the washer/dryer multiple times and it was decent size and did a great job! They had a great pool to use that was only a few steps away from the door. There were not many people around so the kids had it pretty much to themselves, which they loved. The lake was right there too for us to enjoy. We walked down the the docks and the gazebo just to enjoy the scenery. The owner was kind enough to let us use their lily pad and dock if we wanted to get into the lake just to swim, unfortunately we didn’t take advantage but always nice we had the option! We did bring our own life jackets for this too since they did not have any. We asked about a boat rental so we went to Big Thunder Marina which was literally just a road away from us. They were wonderful to go through! The one downside on our end was we didn’t feel there was a lot of “comfy” seating. There is just the 1 sectional couch. For 5 people who wanted to lay out or relax it was a little snug..but we made the most of it! There are quite a few steps to get to the condo, but we found it better to park in the upper parking lot than down below. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!!

Perfect for Us

Wonderful lake views. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Quiet complex. The pool was refreshing. Beds are very comfortable! Nicely appointed. And Ben was very responsive to all our questions. Thanks Ben!If we go back, we’ll definitely book it again.

Great for a weekend trip

We had a total of 7 people stay at the property. 3 were kids so the loft area worked perfectly for them. The property was clean and updated and the access to a dock and boat slip was great. We rented a boat from a company based on the owner's recommendation. Cons of the stay is there are a lot of stairs. From the parking area to the unit there are about 35-40 stairs. To get from the dock area to the unit there are just under 120 stairs. If you have a group with older people or any body movement concerns this property will be challenging due to stairs. 7 days in advance of our stay I received a message from the owner stating the pool is out of commission because the liner ripped. My assumption is it just happened, however after seeing the pool it doesn't appear it has been open at all this season. The owner did offer to extend our stay by two days at no charge or issue a full refund. We weren't in a position with work to extend our stay and did not find any other properties that met our need in the time we had so we decided to stay. I did reply to the owner's message and did not receive a response back (prior communications were prompt - this was the first communication we had where I didn't get a response). My biggest feedback is as of 6/20/2022 the pool at the property is not open and from the looks of it. This was a bummer for us, but not a deal breaker as we had lake access and were planning on renting a boat for 2 of the 4 days we stayed.

Spacious and relaxing

We had a lovely time at Ben's condo. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The deck is magnificent and the view is amazing. Ben was responsive and helpful and we had a really nice stay!

Great stay!

Condo was beautiful inside and very roomy. Everyone had their own space and the dining room table was large enough to host a great dinner. I loved the decor and feel of the place. Open and airy. It was very clean. The deck outside is very large and the view can’t be beat. Great location off of horseshoe Bend which is where I prefer to be. Lots of good restaurants and shopping close by. Ben was very attentive to the questions I had. We’ll be back! Thanks Ben and Holly!

Beautiful and relaxing

Enjoyed our weekend at the lake. Property was beautiful with amazing views of the lake from the deck. Ben was very responsive with questions and concerns. We had a great time.
