Propietario/a: Joe Pashman
Joe purchased the property in 2002. He built the main home in 2006. The garage/ studio apt was just completed the spring of 2020. It has all the modern convenances. Kathy is retired and shares her time between the Ozarks and her hometown Green Bay WI. (Kids and Grandkids). Joe is retired from many years of home building and recently 10 years with the US Army Corps of Engineers. One or both will be in the area or be accessible only to assist if there are questions or problems.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
There are heavily wooded lots on both sides of our lot so you are setting in the middle of three acres of nature complete with critters. Nobody's going to bother you but Silvia and Fred (two large racoons) and the deer (they will occasionally come and look in the window). Also, if anyone has walking problems you can drive your car up the hill a few feetvright to the swing to enjoy the view.
