Enjoy this bright, sunny Cape Cod ranch year-round! The property is well-maintained with newly painted interiors and only 1.3 miles to pristine Seagull Beach in desirable West Yarmouth, MA. You're South of Route 28, with a quick 4-minute drive to Seagull Beach. Seagull Beach offers a beautiful sandy beach filled with seashells and has a snack bar, bathrooms, and showers. The home is located on a quiet, dead-end street, within walking distance of restaurants, the indoor golf simulator inside Scally's Irish Ale House.

Nearby inflatable water-park , shops; 0.5 mile to the Music Room- live entertainment. Much to do nearby.. golf courses, miniature golf, Ryans bowling alley/axe throwing/corn hole/arcade and lounge, Pirate museum, walking trails, bike trails and kayaking . Our home has 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, A/C units in each bedroom and living room. All linens, blankets, bath towels, beach towels included. Washer and dryer, phone charger, cable & high speed WiFi internet with 58” Smart TV. Fireplace in living room. Newly updated fully equipped kitchen including new modern appliances, dishes, cookware, glasses; cabinets, Keurig coffee maker which also makes iced coffee, granite counter tops and beautiful New flooring installed( Oct 2022) throughout the entire house . Renovated kitchen opens to adjoining bright, beautiful sun-room ,with futon, additional kitchen table, lots of chairs, wicker love seat and 2 wicker chairs which all overlook spacious backyard. Great for entertaining! Perfect for the kids to let loose. We have 4 bicycles for you to use... 2 adult bicycles and 2 younger adult bicycles and a bike rack for your vehicle, lawn games, corn hole, badminton, beach umbrella and lots of beach chairs in shed in the backyard . Relax on large, spacious patio with custom fire-pit along with outdoor grill and chill out in hammock in backyard. 4 parking spots in driveway. Finish it off in a spacious outdoor shower and you will have your perfect Cape Cod getaway. Our home has everything you will need for your Cape Cod vacation .

Clean and cozy cottage that has everything you need and then some! Danielle and Joe responded promptly to every question and request. I loved the bonus room in the back of the house. It made you feel you were outside but still protected by the elements. Quiet neighborhood in a great location! I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time during our family cape cod vacation. This place was perfect for our family of 4 and it was centrally located so we could do day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. We would totally recommend this place to stay.

The house was clean, plenty of extra towels, bedding and other convenience made this a great vacation for my family! Close to 28 & seagull beach. Nice quiet and very friendly neighborhood, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable home minutes from the beach

This cozy home was a lovely choice for a winter weekend at the Cape. 5 minutes drive to the beach, nice fireplace, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, communicative and responsive owners. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is set in a very quiet, super charming neighborhood. When we walked into the house for the first time, we felt right at home. Extremely clean, lots of natural light very comfortable furniture. We loved the enclosed back porch. It was a perfect place to relax!There was a great deck with tables and chairs that we used to have a glass of wine after sightseeing. Also, there bikes available to us that we used to ride the short distance to Sunset Beach. I can’t say enough good things about the location many good restaurants, nearby easy access to the museums and ferry.Our host made us feel so at home! From a personal note welcoming us to a bottle of wine that we used to toast our six nights stay and suggestions on places to eat we felt very welcomed!We would not hesitate to recommend to any of our friends or visit again. Thank you so much!

Short stay

We only stayed 3 days in Cape Cod, this was a perfect location and a great house! There was a lot of games and plenty of quiet. The host was a pleasure to work with and made the check-in so easy!

Just Right for our Family

Our family of four really enjoyed our first trip to Cape Cod and this property was perfect for our stay, enough space including outdoor space and the cottage made us feel welcome and right at home. We loved the quiet location with beaches nearby and easy drive to wherever we wanted to go. Owners were very responsive to messaging and everything we needed to enjoy our stay was here.
