Bluegrass Dunes is a stunning 5-star home that sleeps 11 (kids included) comfortably! We are located in a gated community - just two blocks (and walking distance) to the soft white sugar sand beaches of Navarre Beach.

Our two-story custom designer home offers five (5) bedrooms and five (5) baths and is the perfect beach vacation destination for your family and friends.

Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom #1 on 1st Floor: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom #2 on 1st Floor: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)

Kid's Bedroom (#3) on 2nd Floor: Bunk Bed with Trundle (Sleeps 3)

Bedroom #4 on 2nd Floor: King Bed (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom #5 on 2nd Floor: King Master Bed (Sleeps 2)

The balcony provides views of both the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Santa Rosa Sound. Keyless locks take the worry out of keys!

Important Note:

Parking is limited to the garage and driveway ONLY.

NO STREET PARKING PERMITTED.

The home will accommodate parking for a total of four (4) vehicles: Two (2) underneath the home and two(2) on the driveway.

Pamper yourself in complete luxury! Upscale furnishings create your home-away-from-home! Complimentary Wi-Fi, four (4) large flat screen TV's, and cable channels are provided for your convenience. We provide our guests a fully stocked kitchen that will allow you to prepare and enjoy your own meals while on vacation.

We also provide our guests fully stocked bathrooms: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Gel and plenty of thick high quality towels.

Outdoor shower is available for your convenience after a day at the beach.

The extra large kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The over-sized island is a great family gathering spot!

You can also barbecue on our gas grill! Enjoy the outdoor fire pit in the backyard!

Enjoy and relax in the spa-like master bathroom after a full day at the beach!

We also offer a toddler playpen and a high chair. The house is equipped with large capacity washer and dryer. We also provide our guests with laundry detergent.

Upscale and comfortable, this home will exceed all your expectations!

Our private gated community offers our guests a private Santa Rosa Sound beach as well as a very well maintained swimming pool and hot tub. Swimming pool and hot tub are located just a 1 to 2 minute walk from the home.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

*Exceeding maximum occupancy.

*After first warning for disruptive behavior.

*Bringing any type of pet into the home.

*Smoking in or around the home.

*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.

Thanksgiving Vacation

The house was beautiful. It is close to the beach on the gulf and bay. Plenty of sand for the kids. House has plenty of room a large family. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Family beach get away

The owner was very helpful. Loved the house! It was beautiful! There was enough room for everyone to have his/her space. The house was furnished with so many amenities! We really enjoyed the fire pit. However, it was further away from the beach than was comfortable for small children to walk. We ended up driving. The bay was closer, but not right out the back door. Again, just a short walk. If I had any complaints, they would be with VRBO itself. Not easy to rent and they went up on the price while we had it on hold.

Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful vacation for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space and was stocked with everything we needed for the week. Kevin was attentive to all the details (thanks for the hampers in all the closets and toddler utensils!). We are used to staying beach front, so it was an adjustment to need to pack our van to drive to the beach (we like to stay all day and bring a tent). It was definitely doable and having the sound bar to walk to was a bonus on the few days we didn’t feel like packing everything up. We didn’t eat at any restaurants in Navarre and chose to drive to Pensacola, which is only a beautiful 30 minute drive. Highly recommend Peg Leg Pete’s for dinner! All in all, we had a wonderful time. Thanks for welcoming us into your home Kevin!

Great property

House was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed! Even high chair and pack n play! 🙌🏼 Owner was very easy to communicate with! We loved the short walk to the beach and also the sound side! Saw fish, dolphins and caught a stingray! Great locations to some restaurants and also jet ski rentals! Thanks for a great week!

A House That Has It All!

The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family, just as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to prepare most of our meals at the house. The children enjoyed the pool and there was easy access to the beach and the sound. Kevin checked on us after our arrival and has communicated with us since we returned home. I recommend this house for a wonderful vacation at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Two week spring break stay

As it was our first visit to Navarre Beach we were uncertain of the layout of the area. The first sign that things would be just fine was when we checked into the property. The property was clean, well appointed, and felt like we were at home. The owner had gone to great lengths to fully stock the house with everything we would need to feel at home from a generously outfitted kitchen and spacious and well decorated bedrooms to bathrooms complete with the luxuries of home. Our grandchildren particularly enjoyed the benefits of two beaches, the main beach on the Gulf and the “other” beach on the Santa Rosa Sound, a sort of personal beach for our neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property for families looking for a nice beach vacation that is more laid back and away from the more crowded beaches on the Panhandle.

This is a beautiful and spacious property!! The beds, bedding, and linens were amazing and top quality! The house is very upscale as well as giving the feeling of being “home”. The owner was great to stay in contact and easy to get a hold of!

Absolutely wonderful

We were at Kevin's house for a week. The check-in process was great, very easy as everything was connected via wifi. The house was very spacious and accommodated all our family members. We were traveling with little ones so to have an open area was great. The sectional sofa was new, modern, and had motorized reclining and USB charging. All the rooms were spacious and it was a great touch for Kevin to have shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispenser in each bathroom, not to forget, shaving foam, razor, makeup remover and most of all additional toilet paper. Very rarely do you see in places. The level of amenities provided were great!!! The rear of the house was open to the bay/sound side, so the view was really nice. The walk to the gulf side is no more than 5-7 minutes. The garage is a little tight for larger suv but small ones can fit. Just be careful. Loved the fact the Kevin also had a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. There were enough toys to keep the kids entertained. They loved playing in the sand out back. During our stay there was an unforeseen issue with the AC for upstairs where three of the bedrooms are located but communication with Kevin was outstanding. Even though it took a day to get the replacement parts, he took care of it immediately. Kevin is very down to earth and speaking to him felt like we knew him for ages.. The house was in great shape, the dimmers and LED lighting in every room was nice to have. There were some beach gearfor kids to use and having a fire pit was nice to have on the nights that were cool. We absolutely loved our stay, and it is never enough no matter how long we come for but have to say that this house and Kevin's hospitality was the best. We can't wait to come back!!

Perfect Beach Gataway

What a beautiful property! We rented over Thanksgiving and absolutely everything was amazing from the location to the bedrooms and the living spaces. We loved using the firepit in the cold evenings, but having space for everyone to hang out together was perfect and exactly what we wanted. The bay and the beach were kust a short walk. The community was nice and gated. The property owner was thoughtful and responsive. I will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely place on Navarre beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. This property is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It has a lot of amenities stocked and very clean. We especially enjoyed our sunset walks along the Bay Area And the short trip to the reserve. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Week

Wonderful house for family and children. The small fenced in yard is great if you have a little one. House exceptionally stocked and location is wonderful! Could not have been an easier check in/out process. Will recommend to friends and return!!

Spring Break 2021

We really enjoyed our first stay in Navarre Beach! This home is beautiful and fully equipped for your stay and is close to both the bay and beach. Plenty of sand and fun for kids. The property owners were very accommodating and attentive. We look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful, this is a beautiful house

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful, they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Loved the shower in the master, also it is very clean and roomy. Way more than we expected the pictures don’t do it justice. The owner was very easy to work with and available whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place

We bought this property in 2019 as a family gathering place. It is in a small, quiet gated community with easy access to the private beach on Santa Rosa Sound or a quick 2 block walk to the most beautiful Gulf Coast beach we've ever seen. The community also has a swimming pool and hot tub for resident's use. Located on the west end of the island, the Navarre Island Beach is immediately adjacent to 7 miles of untouched natural treasure of the Gulf Islands National Seashore! If you enjoy long walks on the beach surrounded by natural dunes and ocean beauty this is the perfect spot. The location is ideal for families with children looking for a relaxing beach vacation without the noise and traffic of the more commercial beaches on the North Coast of Florida.
