Newly remodeled front apartment in the heart of Downtown Waynesville with fantastic views of Main Street from the living room and both bedrooms. Enter into the open floor plan space with dining nook & large kitchen & living area. Full kitchen features rustic wood cabinets, granite countertops & bar & new stainless steel appliances. Living room features exposed brick, wood accents, queen sofa bed & new 55" Smart HDTV.
Enjoy clean, modern bathrooms with white subway tile showers. The large master bedroom features a queen sleigh bed, large walk in closet & private en suite bathroom. The cozy second bedroom includes a double bed.
*Apartment is located on the second floor & must be accessed via stairs from Main Street.

We thought the condo was really well decorated and spacious - a very cool space. There’s a great view of the downtown and there are a number of shops and restaurants right outside the door. When we return to Waynesville, this will be the place we try to use. Easy check in and check out, and the property is very secure.

Great place to stay

This is our second time staying here and we found it to be just as clean and comfortable as our first stay. Everything we wanted to do is within walking distance. Marita was so helpful when we had to reschedule our trip for a wedding. It’s a great place to stay!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Right in the heart of downtown Waynesville that has excellent restaurant and shopping options. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and felt like home. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Parking in the back is easy. The combo lock to get keys worked well. Very nice and clean and has most essentials for kitchen. All of our group are coffee drinkers, we purchased and donated a coffee pot. The location is in the heart of downtown.. A walk down the stairs and your on mainstreet. Things to consider; it is located above a bar and restaurant. It can be a bit noisy at times. The delivery truck was there around 5am.. This really didn't bother our group but it did wake us. I will check availability for next year

Daughters wedding at Parker Mill

So easy to secure this lovely 2 bdr property and the guests were thrilled that Folkmoot festival on Main St on Sat. So they spent time there before 4:00 wedding in Whittier. The noise was not a factor for them at all.

Weekend getaway

Property was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Only recommendation would be to bring games for down time as there is nothing to entertain you in the apartment. The TV is not user friendly and if you don’t have an account with any of the pay apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc, you cannot watch TV at all. This was unfortunate. We would definitely stay again.

Convenient

Very nice place and perfectly located. It was noisy due to bar beneath but you really have to anticipate that with location. Would have been better if we were more night owls instead of early to bed. I would recommend this lovely apartment to friends.

Great location and property - horrible noise from bar down below till late at night

We loved the location and the apartment was very nice and clean but it was very hard to sleep with the music and noise from the bar below sometimes till 2 am

Weekend in Waynesville

The place was very clean and new-feeling. The location couldn't be better. The only drawback is the noise from the bar/restaurant and road but it didn't really bother us. There are white noise machines in both bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place! So cute

My husband and I did a long weekend getaway to the mountains. This apartment was absolutely adorable, new, fresh and so clean! The place is so cute, I could see myself living in a space such as this. You have a private walk up to the flats where there are couple of apartments. We stayed in the two bedroom because that’s what was left, but I’m glad we did. Great views to the little town and so spacious. Everything was neat and in its place. The owners really did not spare any cost. We traveled to tuck river in Sylvia, dillsboro, casino in Cherokee and Maggie valley. Saturday we woke to a street fair with vendors. The restaurants and pubs are good food and beer and everyone was so friendly. Little shops are a plus! Don’t hesitate to rent if you are looking for a mountain getaway. We hated to leave we enjoyed so much!

Springtime in Waynesville!

This great little apartment had everything we needed. Great restaurants and fun shopping right outside our door. There are steps and some street noise but it’s all quiet by 11:00. We will be back!

Excellent 2 bedroom in the middle of downtown Waynesville.

Condo had everything we could have asked for on our weekend stay. It was clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds, and a fantastic location!
