Adorable 3br/2 bath. Concrete dock with large swim platform and Adirondack chairs, 12 X 18 boat slip with 12 X 12 seating area, double jetski lifts, fresh water and shore power. Large deck with cozy seating and umbrellas. Rocking chairs in covered area. Wifi, DirectTv, Samsung Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, NFL Sunday Ticket, etc. Sonos audio system on TV, kitchen, deck and dock. Mini foosball table. Wood burning fireplace. Gas range, tankless water heater and water softener.

Life jackets, JBL wifi speaker, two adult kayaks, standup paddle boards, three kids kayaks, a paddle boat and a Lily Pad are included for your use.

This place was a gem. We loved our stay and felt like a home away from home. We were grateful Mike allowed pets; we had a great trip and all thanks to this place. Plenty of parking, grass for the dogs, plenty of space, and a beautiful dock/decks. Photos don't do it justice. We would definitely return, and highly recommend. If you're on the fence, don't wait - book it.

We loved our stay at this home. The location was perfect. Quiet cove and neighbors. The house has been nicely updated and the dock area with fire pit was wonderful too. We enjoyed the kayaks and floating in the lake on those hot summer days. Thanks again Michael!

Great location on the lake, beautiful lake house with all the fun water toys to truly enjoy the lake life. Mike was a great host, was very helpful and responded timely with all my questions. Great smaller rental

We loved this quaint home on a gentle, flat lot. It has great outdoor patio space for lounging and eating and a large dock with lily pad and plenty of room for everyone. Mike is a great host. We loved the location and don't forget to check out the newly remodeled Tap and Grill right around the corner. It also allows pets which we loved as well!

Wonderful time at the lake

We stayed at this wonderful lake house with our dog for 10 days. The house was great as advertised and we had a wonderful time. Communication with the owner was great and we enjoyed his restaurant recommendations.

Another great vacation stay

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this property. Has everything needed for a relaxing week away and is convenient to shoppong and good restaurants. If we come back to LOTO we will definitely book this house again. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Quiet and private cove.

Perfect week at the lake!

Beautiful location, clean house with great yard for fur babies. Many homes in the area have a very steep, unusable backyard but this was excellent for our pups! The included water toys were a big hit among all of us. Would definitely recommend!

Best Lake Vacation

We spent 12 nights at this home in July and had an amazing time. The house was clean, well maintained and had absolutely everything needed (plus more) for us to feel right at home. We spent most days relaxing on the dock and made countless memories that will last a lifetime. Mike was extremely helpful and truly did everything he could to ensure we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing lake house

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We’ve renting many homes on the lake and this was by far the best. The dock is amazing and fully stocked with all your needs. Great cove and good fishing from the dock. The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We stayed with grandparents, adults and kids comfortably. It’s great proximity to town. The host is incredible and willing to be helpful, but everything was easy and well prepped so we didn’t need any help with our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Ozark Vacation

We had a great time, the house was perfect for us. It was very well stocked, which we have never had. We fished off the dock and our 8 year old caught her 1st fish and kept on catching them. Big kids mastered the boards. Wish we would have brought our boat with us, next time.

Another perfect stay!

This was our second stay here and it lived up to our memories of the first time. There were even some new items that we enjoyed using- pedal boat, tv on the deck, and bluetooth speaker at the dock. Mike is a fantastic host and has really setup the house to have everything that we need. It makes it very hard to leave even with all the things to do at the lake. If you are a jetski family as we are, you won't find a better setup. The boat ramp and lifts make it very easy to load and unload right there. We highly recommend this stay and look forward to our next visit. Thanks Mike!

Perfect Vacation Rental!

We absolutely loved this lake house. Was everything as promised and more. Our stay was short but was so peaceful, just enjoying the view of being lakeside, and the sunrise and sunsets were incredible. Was very clean and very well stocked with all the necessities. Bed was comfortable. Communication with Mike was so easy, just a text away. The water was to low to launch our boat there, but what a plus to have that option. We would highly recommend this property. Thank you Mike !!!

Truly Extraordinary Lake House Experience

This stay was truly the lake house experience A++++. Although I would like to keep this gem a secret, I have to admit this house has the best location, access to all parts of the lake by boat or car (and store is close), and it is in a large quiet cove with just a little activity to keep watching the water views interesting. Excellent cove if you’re going to pull the kiddies around! Best part is all the toys provided, house with everything you could need, dock for your boat/jetskis, shaded patio, or just hanging out on the dock with fire pit (great for families). We even learned to kayak here. And we often had visits from deer, geese and a turtle! We hope we can come again! Owner Mike was great too.

Great Everything!!

The location was a good channel with not a lot of traffic. Made for easy water play and paddle boating. Dock was great with good furniture. The walk down from the house was so easy and convenient! The house was big enough to accommodate yet still cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed. And entrance into laundry room then bathroom was great for showering off the kiddos at the end of the day. Mike the host was a great communicator, offering to help with anything. Even provided some recommendations on boat rentals. I think I covered all the bases, no complaints at all. Definitely recommend!!

Home away from home

Mike was an incredibly gracious host. He was there to meet us, upon our arrival and made sure to answer any of our questions about the property and set us up for a fantastic start. This home had everything you could possibly need. We had comfortable quiet nights. Spent most of our time on the dock watching the sunrise and in the evenings around the firepit on the water. We were looking for a relaxing few day get away to reset and we definitely found it here. So basically, if you are looking for a comfortable, clean, fully shocked, beautiful home on the water. This is your final stop. We definitely want to return! Thank you Mike.

Perfect place to relax and unwind!

This property exceeds expectations! Especially for families. I'm not even going to try and write a long-winded explanation for why this property is such a winner. What I will say is.... everything you need to stay and enjoy a perfect break at the lake is right here! Just pack swimsuits, clothes and toothbrushes. Body wash, shampoo & conditioner are even provided. Anything else needed can be picked up nearby. The beds, bedding and pillows are super comfy! There are plenty of towels. There's TV with all you need to keep up with sports and the outside world, if you really want to. Don't fret figuring out how to load your water toys, life jackets, beach towels, Bluetooth speakers, even your dogs bowls. It's all there! Have a boat or Sea-doo, drag them with you, they can easily be launched onsite, and stored at dock. It really is an unexpected bit of Heaven! We will definitely be returning! Thank you Mike and family for sharing your property.

Great location for a peaceful stay

We had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving here. Weather was cool but sunny and we enjoyed every minute of the view! Loved the Foosball coffee table that also had a felt top for doing a large puzzle!! Would definitely recommend this place!!

Second stay and can't wait for the third.

Property is perfect for a stress free stay. Just look at the water and your cares float away. I have stayed at many VRBO rentals. None are stocked as well as this. Bring your tooth brush and you are set. No mint on the pillow but kitchen towel and end of toilet paper folded like a sail boat. What a fun and special touch.

Good getaway

We spent 4 nights here. Good location, just off of the main channel of the lake. Great spacious dock and patio. Great showers and kitchen set up. Very quiet this time of year with little boat traffic and didn't even see any neighbors. Crappie fishing was good as long as could find submerged structure to fish around - vertical fished with minnows. Owner was very nice and good communication.

Perfect Lake Getaway

We loved everything about this property. The home is clean, beautiful, and spacious. Our family of four adults and two small doodles had plenty of room. We loved the beautiful deck and the fabulous dock, with its fire pit and covered seating too. The deck has great views, and the dock is a very short walk. The kitchen is really nice, with modern appliances and a mobile island. The carpeted stairs up to the second floor are not steep, unlike many lake houses. There are just too many good things to say about this house. We hope to make this house the only one we rent in the future!

100% peaceful relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful time vacationing at this property. Host was easy to communicate with and was genuinely interested in my family making sure we had everything we would need to enjoy our stay. It was very important to us that we stay in a clean home as we were traveling with a 9 month old baby. Having the baby seat, gate and life jackets was an added bonus and totally appreciated. Also having the ability to launch our boat onsite was a fabulous perk!!! Our family recommends you stay here, the dock area was clean and had plenty of seating, the life jackets, and water play equipment was awesome to have access too as well. The lower level patio and the deck off the house were all in great condition and perfect spaces for many to enjoy. Beds were comfy, all the clean linens, extra towels, and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook with was awesome. It is located in a quite and peaceful area. 5 stars are easy to give!!!
