Apartment is situated perfectly in the middle of the Trivillage area. Short 2 minute walk to the beach, Real watersports, post office, Dollar General and many others. Being positioned in the end of the cul-de-sacs provides extra privacy and helps the back yard to be really quiet so you can enjoy the wild sounds of Hatteras Island.

The host was fantastic and the house was in perfect shape. Our original trip was postponed because of a hurricane. Stanimir was kind enough to let us have a different weekend blocked off because we were unable to access Highway 12 when we booked it. This stay was awesome. It was a very close walk to the beach and several food options. If I could give it 6 stars I would! 100% recommend.

check in was seamless even though we didn't arrive until late. There were adequate kitchen facilities, no ice. The ocean beach was a bit farther than anticipated but once there it was pretty open.

Excellent apartment for our stay! Central to many places we visited and close to the beach. Clean and well appointed. Everything we needed was there. Would stay again!

Cute place to stay

Overall the place was great! We really enjoyed the private path to the apartment and how secluded the neighborhood was. We also loved the little path from the apartment to the beach. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the OBX.

Great apartment for a couple

We coordinated our trip with friends staying at the KOA. This apartment was close enough to make meeting up for dinner/sight seeing easy. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood which we prefer over the noise of all the activity areas of the campground. The open room layout was fine for the two of us and the beach is within a sort walking distance.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

My wife and I could not have been more pleased with our stay for our anniversary trip. The home was a short walk or bike ride away from beach access where we spent our days. In the morning my wife would wake up and ride a bike to get coffee and read some of her book. Then we would go to the beach and come home and grill our dinners. When we first arrived we had a few questions for Stan and he replied very quickly and was quick to help. We hope to return in the coming years. Thank you for everything!

The hosts are good people who have everything you need for a nice stay. Beach is a short walk, the place is clean and cozy. It's tucked back in a cul-de-sac so it is quiet. I would highly recommend this place.

Great easy going retreat spot

The vacation spot is in a prime location in Waves, NC with local eating spots within walking distance. Specifically Waves Deli which has everything you can imagine and the best sandwiches and burritos in the OBX!

Autumn in the OBX

Had a great three days/two nights in October. The weather was perfect, and the crowds were gone. The place is perfect for a couple: Convenient, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beach is very short walk away and Hwy 12 is far enough away not to be heard. The only thing missing is an oven/stove if you want to eat in, but there is a microwave and toaster oven. We'll come back.

Great location!

The apartment is clean and comfortable. Great location to the beach. The walk maybe a little more than 2 minutes for us 65+ folks. Tons of amenities. We never noticed in the photos that there is no oven or stove. Stan offered to bake my breakfast casserole I had previously prepared for us! Thanks Stan for everything!

Rustic Do It Yourself Ambience

Conveniently located efficiency space built beneath the main house. Recreational/Beach amenities were used and much appreciated. Roaches were present inside. Cookware found but no stovetop available. Towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies were convenient.

Outer Banks Mini Trip

My girlfriend and I did a quick three day two night trip to the Outer Banks. So we were looking for something quick, easy, and convenient to the water. This place was great! Not on the water itself, but just a few minutes walk to the beach. Required walking through a heavily wooded trail and then in between some beach homes, but by no means complicated or treacherous. The host were absolutely excellent! During our three days, we even ran into one of them in town, while away from the home. The only minor minor hitch, which I did not realize when I booked it, was that there is no stove/oven. There is a charcoal grill available for use around back and a microwave in unit, but that’s it. So if you were planning to cook food other than things that need to be grilled, you’ll be a little out of luck. Otherwise, you do have all the other kitchen amenities. Full fridge, toaster and toaster oven, etc. However, this was still a very minor inconvenience as we mostly ate out and/or grilled. I definitely give a thumbs up to this place if you think this would work well for what you are looking for!

Great Long Weenend

We got in Friday and was able to get into the property very easily and went to the beach the same day. Outdoor shower and access to beach chairs and other beach things was fantastic. Host was quick to respond to questions and an all around great time!

Just what I needed!

This experience was amazing! It was quiet and I enjoyed riding the bike to get breakfast in the morning! Just a short walk to the beach. The place was very clean and super cute! I felt that it was in a good location from the northern and southern parts of the Outer Banks if you feel like exploring as I did! It was definitely a great little get away and if back in the area I will check for availability at this place again!

Great getaway

The property was in a great location. It was a short walk to the beach. It had bikes, beach cart, chairs that we can use at the beach. They also offered coffee maker and a grill for barbecues. It was clean and offered what we need to have a good vacation. The host is very attentive. We would stay here again!

Very nice place needs some minor things to make it better. Reg. Tv. Heat. Place to hang your cloths. Maybe washer and dryer and dishwasher. Very quite with friendly people on the street.

Clean comfortable apartment

Place was easy to get into. Has your own parking spot. Good directions from owner. Very comfortable apartment that is clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. Easy quick communications with owner. Very private too.

Perfection.

This rental unit is perfect in so many ways. First, the host is so attentive and responsive. Any question sent to him was replied within minutes. He made sure we knew where everything is situated and answered all our questions from initial reservation to check in to mid-week during our stay to check out. He made sure our every needs were met. Second, the unit itself is a self-contained modern studio apartment tastefully decorated. It has all the amenities from bath towels and basic toiletries to Wi-Fi and computer work station set up for laptops to heat/ac to kitchen appliances and coffee with creamer! Third, the beach is a very short 2 minute walk away. The path is located at the end of the cul-de-sac. The host also provides beach chairs for use along with bikes and canoe. If you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway to the Outer Banks, this beautifully decorated and amenities filled home away from home is perfect.

Brand new spacious studio apartment with private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric skillet, toaster oven and coffee machine. Charcoal BBQ, bikes, double seater kayak, beach chairs and umbrella are also available for our guests 24/7. We also have some board games, horseshoes and cornhole for the days you choose not to go on the beach, but stay and enjoy the yard.

Traffic is practically nonexistent. Front and back yard available for guests to use. Very short walk to the beach without crossing any main roads or the HWY. very calm and safe neighborhood, currently in the process of installing video surveillance on premises for extra security.
