Welcome to a beautiful home in The Villages, one of the largest planned communities in the country. It's a designer-decorated home with golfing, restaurants, entertainment, shopping at boutiques, pools, and many other activities to choose from. Golf carts available at every Square.
This beautiful 3/2 home has ample room (one bedroom is an office) and an attached 2 car garage in a very quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, and the office has a desk, TV, recliner, and closet. All modern appliances are included in this house.
Sixty minutes to Disney and Sea World.
Seasonal dates available!

Light, airy floor plan. Well-appointed kitchen, great neighborhood for walking, responsive and gracious host, very clean and well-kept. Would definitely stay again!

A Great Stay

Mary, the host, has this house very well appointed-- furnishings, dinnerware, utensils, pots, pans, linens, everything that one needs. Very nicely done. The house itself is on a nice, quiet street convenient to shopping. Five-stars all around!

Golfing at the villages

Great experience. Place even nicer than it appears in photos. Everything in working order and very clean and nice. Check-in and out could not have been smoother.

Stress Free and Relaxing

Very nice. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed. Walking distance to the swimming pool. A bit more of a hike to a recreation center to a larger pool and various activities or, in another direction, a nature preserve featuring native plants and animals.

Visit to The Villages

Our stay at this property was nothing but pleasant! The home was clean and had all necessary ammenities. It was a convenient location - close to shopping, coffee, grocery and meals. The pool was nearby and we found the neighborhood enjoyable for walking. It was especially convenient as it was located close to family that we were visiting. We are hopeful to rent this property in the future and will not hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you for a lovely stay! Mark & Veronica

5-day stay

Top, top marks for communication and providing cell. I did not need it but in case of a dire situation, would much rather call the host's cell vs wait for an email which seems to be more typical. Lovely house and although only my husband and I, we used both bedrooms as I am a light sleeper - and hubby is a snorer!

Relax in Style

This property was in close proximity to family. No tv in master bedroom so if you are accustomed to lying in bed to watch the news, you can’t. Don’t forget to ask for the “free” guest passes. It is easy to communicate with host. They are working on the smelly garbage disposal.

Everything we needed!

We wanted a place to stay in The Villages to be able to visit relatives close by while not being in the way. This property was perfect and came with everything we needed to relax and still be close by to activities and shopping.

Thanksgiving gathering

I was very happy with the accommodation. I enjoyed how big the maters suit was with its large walk in closet. The kitchen was the right size in preparing food yet open enough to have family time. I would stay here again and recommend other to do the same.

The property was very convenient to all of the rec centers and community pools. The house was very nice and it was clean. We would definitely rent again.

Fisherman friendly

This was a great place to stay. We didn’t have to worry about anything being stolen while here the community it’s in is very safe and the property owner is very nice and helpful throughout the stay. We will definitely stay here again for our next event at the Harris Chain.

Wonderful stay at the Villages

Beautiful home in the Villages. Home is more beautiful And roomy in person than the pictures show. Mary was so very flexible and accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or requests.
