Bright and beachy, this little home is ready to welcome you to the white-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. When you're not out sightseeing the area, use the suite's full kitchen to whip up a delightful lunch to enjoy out on the private balcony overlooking the gulf. Use the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device for an invigorating workout in the shared fitness center. The kids will love spending time with you in the shared pool and afterward, you can all come back up to watch a favorite movie or show on the large flatscreen cable TV. You'll love experiencing the Panama City Beach nightlife with live jazz at Pineapple Willy's and fun crowds at bars like Coyote Ugly.

Tomcat Fishing Charters is just four-and-a-half miles southeast and ready to take you out to catch your limit of grouper, snapper, triggers, and amberjack. Take the kids to Cobra Adventure Park, one mile east, for rides, arcades, and go-karts. You'll love spending a morning playing the lush green fairways of Signal Hill Golf Course, less than one mile southeast.

We loved it!

The condo was perfect for us! We had a great view! The property had so many places to eat and drink! The ice cream was amazing and the coffee shop was perfect this morning!

Overall property was nice and clean with easy access to just about anything. The staff on site was very unfriendly and not helpful in the slightest. I would personally not book with Vacasa again

Should have some sort of ride for people disabled to go to beach

Condo was nice scenery just things not working like recliner I needed to sit with family an unit for day an a half an my being sick with asthma for two days getting hot if everything worked an cleaned it's would of rate five not three no excuse for that long not to call service guy

Wharf town Condo

The room was clean to the eye. The walls are DISGUSTING. Black hand and finger prints all over, also big brown and yellow stains on walls. Smelled sewage half the time. Elevators were either broken or had over a 30 minute wait, or had to take 10 flights of stairs with luggage. Do not recommend staying here. Terrible experience with the condo.

Needs Updating

The ladies at check in could really use some caffeine or something to make it like they at least like their job a little. Also how does a condominium of this size not have any luggage carts? The elevators SUCK! Really need to spend money on having them updated and maybe 1 or 2 more installed. We have stayed at The Wharf in Orange Beach before and loved it and that was why we decided to stay at this one but PCB definitely needs to take some pointers from other locations.

Laketown Wharf 1506

The space was very accommodating. Love the large TVs. Lots of space and the ocean view you can’t beat. For improvements I would recommend that the carpet in the unit be changed to a vinyl floor or tile. It is worn and spotted in a few area. Also a few light bulbs were out in the kitchen, master suite, and bunk bed room. Upon arrival all lightbulbs should be functional. Also there is only one operating elevator and 21 floors on the south end of the building. The wait for elevators in general was very long and packed on the inside and the elevators did not have ventilation. The elevators need to be upgraded as soon as possible for the Laketown Wharf building.

Great location

Very short walk to beach for little kids. Calm clean beach and water. Elevator is a nightmare and being on the 15th floor was horrible. Had to constantly take stairs. Bring your own blankets, they only provide thin sheets. Unit had an unpleasant wet musty smell and is in need of upgrading. Bathtub faucet does not work properly and water leaked all over the floor, had to put little kids in the shower. Would have rated it better if elevators worked and it didn’t smell.

Good stay

No one can say enough about the elevators. But come one after reading reviews you have to expect it. Other then that we had a great stay , great view and location

Hard time checking in

Had worng code to check in was outside hour try to get in room. Call number that was given to me . They kept putting me on hold. I finally got in after on phone with someone for over a hour

The master bedroom was good. But the guest bedroom was terrible the bed had 2 pillows under the mattress because the bed was so bad. The air conditioning was horrible. The elevators we had to wait forever for and the parking garage was so far away from the condo. They really need to update the bed in the guest room. I wouldn’t recommend this condo.

Great location just a few minor issues

The place was great! Very clean, gorgeous views! Perfect location. However, we only received 1 parking pass - supposed to get 2. I called and spoke to the property management company twice and another one was never sent. Fortunately we did not get towed. The mattress in the front bedroom is awful. There is absolutely no cushion left. You sink all the way down to the bed rails. Very uncomfortable.

Too short, but wonderful stay!

My first time staying at Laketown. The resort itself could use some updating but the room was beautifully decorated, offered great views, and was clean and well maintained. My group only stayed for a night but enjoyed the easy walk to beach, bar, and dinner, swimming in one of multiple pools, and taking in beautiful views from a variety of spots throughout the property.

Great room

Our room was exactly as advertised. Clean and plenty of towels. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The guest bed could use replacing , the bunk beds weren't great but it worked for the kids. We were right by elevator and were fortunate to not have crazy long waits. We used beach entrance 33 across the street easy walk. I would definitely stay in 1506 again.
