Perfect for a long weekend getaway or family vacation, we have a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The 27th St park has racquet ball, basket ball and kids area with the Flagler Ave District within a mile.

Nice condo, great location

The condo was very nicely updated and very comfortable for my family. We enjoyed the no drive side beach and the pool had plenty of chairs to accommodate.

Ocean view Condo

We enjoyed our stay and definitely enjoyed our view. The condo is comfortable and well equipped. We recommend it to people looking for a smaller complex.

Perfect location and complex

The complex is wonderful with large pool, plenty of chairs, covered tables for large groups and easy access to the beach. During the stay the elevator was down on our side of the building which was an inconvenience being on the third floor. The condo's beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. Would stay here again!

Lovely Stay

Really loved Sunrise Paradise at Point East. The condo was nicely decorated. Really enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and surfers. We were very comfortable and I would love to stay here again some day. Communication with Jon was great! The stairs down to the beach were recently repaired after hurricane damage and they were damaged again during our stay so we had to walk to the 27th Ave beach park access. This is no reflection on Jon. It’s just disappointing that a single high surf day took out the newly rehabilitated stairs. We are grateful that the beach access was right next door. A nice bonus for families staying with children.

Incredible

Our stay at Point East was incredible. We brought our 8 year old and 23 month old down for 6 days over Labor Day weekend and had the best time. Jon and Sandy have stacked the condo FULL of everything you could ever need. There is a closet stuffed with beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrellas, games, a cooler, football/volleyball/soccerball, boogie boards, skim boards, snorkel gear, etc. They also have laundry baskets, extra blankets/sheets/towels, smart TV’s in every room, a collapsible child’s high chair, DVDS, books and more. We really enjoyed played all of the games/puzzles that were in the entertainment center - bananagram, cards, uno, Mexican dominoes. As for the kitchen, we had everything we could have needed utensil/dish wise. There was even a crockpot, toaster oven, Tupperware for bringing food down to the beach, skillets, baking sheets, shot glasses/wine glasses, spices, etc. It was very convenient to do a load of laundry in the laundry room on the same floor as well. Jon was gracious enough to allow us to check in early and move the cleaning schedule so we could leave later. This condo was truly amazing. Our only negative was the couch - it was quite small and uncomfortable for a family but it would be decent for a single couple who won’t spend much time chilling inside. We had to spend 2-4 hours a day inside while our little one napped but otherwise, everything was spectacular! Thank you so much Sandy & Jon for your hospitality!

The perfect getaway!

We’ve been going to New Smyrna for years! I have never stayed at Pointe East. It was perfect location and great for families (no drive in front of the condo) the condo was very clean, up to date, had the cutest decorations, and anything you would need. We would absolutely stay in this condo again!!

A Wonderful Stay at Sunrise Paradise!!!

We can’t say enough about our wonderful stay at Sunrise Paradise. The condo was clean, comfortable and had a fabulous view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our evening meals. We really appreciated the comfortable bed in the master bedroom and the beach chairs provided were perfect for time down by the ocean. Hopefully we will be able to rent this condo again on future visits to NSB.

Great weekend getaway!

Condo was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our long weekend getaway! We had an issue with one of the inside doors and the owner was very prompt in getting it resolved! Definitely would stay here again.

Point East is the perfect location

This was our first trip to New Smyrna Beach, but hopefully not the last. Comfortable living area, very comfortable bed and nicely furnished kitchen. The pool has more than enough pool lounges. The beach access is great.

Highly recommend!!! Never been happier with a condo rental. Room was fantastic. Owner was very easy to contact, responded fast, and friendly. Condo was clean and very well stocked. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful property

This is a very clean unit. The building grounds are immaculate. It has one of the cleanest pools we’ve been to in a long time. Communication with host was good. Unit itself of nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. Parking was super easy. You can’t beat the non driving beach area in front of the unit. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect condo, perfect location!

My husband, daughter (20 months), and I stayed here for 5 nights in January 2021 and our stay was great. The condo was clean and check in was seamless. The location was great for us, a short car ride (5 mins or less) to shopping and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Flagler to be a little quieter. The condo is right next to the southern most entrance to the drive-on Beach but thankfully the beach in front of the condo didn't allow cars (so my little one could play in the sand without worrying about traffic). The condo is also next to a great park with basketball courts, a new playground, and plenty of picnic tables. This unit is on the 3rd floor but it took us half a day to realize there are elevators near the central staircase. There are multiple shared laundry rooms on each floor and we didn't have any issues finding an available machine (bring your own detergent and change - there is not a change machine on site that we saw). We didn't have time to use the pool but I believe it was heated (the office guy said the temp was set at 82*) and there is a little kiddie splash pool with lots of seating in the pool area (be sure to memorize the pool code - you'll need it to get into and out of the pool area). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in New Smyrna Beach!

Great beach get away

Jon was great to work with! The property was beautifully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. There was an excellent supply of beach toys, towels, and chairs making our daily beach trips a breeze:) Thank you for a great experience!
