In elegant blues and grays, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the beachfront in Port Aransas, Texas sleeps 6. Your vacation begins in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything you need. The oak dining table seats 4 just outside the kitchen. In the living room, blue high-backed armchairs and a comfortable gray couch all face the large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and entertainment center with a digital fireplace for a relaxing evening. Step outside on the private patio and glimpse the Gulf over the dunes. You can see the courtyard pool and swaying palm trees. Bedroom one (BR1) has 2 full beds with beautiful blue bedding. Bedroom two (BR2) has 2 twin beds with the same blue bedding. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans. The full bathroom attached to the master has a detachable showerhead to help you get all the sand out after a day at the beach. The second full bathroom has a tub and shower as well. Paintings and photos of the dunes around the condo remind you just how close the Gulf is to enjoy. Amenities included: TV, wireless internet, access to charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants, and beach access with walkways over the dunes.

Beach time

The place was clean , convenient to local places , pool was big and clean . Quite of bit of loud parties. One big thing the rinsing shower coming back from the beach did not work and we tried using the water hose but it was locked . We noticed some folks rinsing with theirs so we went over to use . Other than that I would recommend this place .

A beautiful birthday beach getaway

The proximity to the pool and beach was great. All the appliances were clean and functional. We cooked and had dinner just as we would at home. Towels and toiletries were plentiful. Other guests were nice as well. Just beware of those mosquitoes! Nothing a little deep can't handle though.

Beach Condo

Overall the condo had a nice outdoor area and pool. The furniture on the patio was worn and there were cockroaches in the condo. There was a blender bottom but no top and the management tried to fix it but the blender they gave us didn't work. The kitchen could have been cleaner. The TV remote was difficult to use. The beds were comfortable but the shower in the master bedroom had poor water pressure and funky handles to turn the water on and off. Closeness to the beach is a plus and the walk is short and pleasant. All in all we would stay again but at a different condo on the same property. We enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I visiting in October 2020 for a quick beach getaway. Our unit (#154) was nice. The unit was clean and the living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked fairly well and I think they would have given me anything I needed if it was not in the unit. They did choose the cheapest plates, silverware, appliances. But it was all clean and plenty of space to make a meal. The beach is a 5 min walk within the condo area - just past the pool and down a long walkway. The beach is combed, sandy and so soft. Loved the waves, sounds and smells of the ocean. The condo even provided a beach chair in the unit. We had to bring our own towels (they told me ahead of time). One negative thing was the bed - it was super soft and meh back was really hurting after 3 nights. Each bedroom had their own bathroom and TV, plus a TV in the living room (with cable). Overall we had a great time.

Great location; poor cleanliness

This property’s location is fabulous: it’s a short, 3 minute walk from the beach. The colors/decorations inside the condo are modern and pleasant. The management is helpful and accommodating. Things that were negative: there were cockroaches in the kitchen (on the countertops and in the dishwasher). The cabinet doors were dirty, and there were pasta sauce stains on the kitchen wall near the stove. There were crayons on the living room floor by the couch and a pair of dirty underwear in the bedroom dresser drawer. Most of the “clean” towels and sheets had hair in them. The bed comforters were stained, and the sheets were so used they were threadbare in places. The beds were very noisy and the walls are thin (this is a bottom unit, and the people renting the unit above us woke up at 5am - we were able to hear every step, every drawer open, etc). The cookie sheets in the kitchen were rusted.

Very nice rental, but a few complaints

The rental is very nice and the community is so cute. Loved the security. Good parking. My negatives are that our unit had soooooo many bugs. All different kinds including cockroaches and smaller bugs. Also the beds were very hard like borderline not sleepable. Everything else was very nice, the kitchen and the living room and bathrooms.
