Cozy beach feeling with super comfortable beds and sofas to relax and recharge after a lovely day sightseeing in beautiful San Diego! Wonderful backyard with jacuzzi, sofas, swing, fire pit and bbq grill that will make it hard to want to leave the house!

Important note: Since our last rental, over a year ago, we have done several upgrades to our home: we replaced all our sewer system, so no more issues with that! We also completely remodeled the bathroom. We also added a new dish washer, a new oven and a new refrigerator. In the backyard we added a relaxing jacuzzi, a nice gas fire pit, relocated the charcoal bbq grill to a more spacious location with a table with chairs and replaced boards on the deck that needed change. We also installed an electrical vehicle fast charger free for our guests to use! We removed the carpet exposing our beautiful hard wood floors. And many other new details showing that for us our guests’ feedback is so important. We addressed all of their comments and we hope our next guests will enjoy our home even more now. Everyone is welcome back!

All spaces shown in the pictures are exclusive for the house guests, including the jacuzzi and all the backyard area.

Great family oriented neighborhood. Wonderful if you like to take walks along the bay and to see the most beautiful sunsets on the other side of the hill in famous Sunset Cliff National Park!

This is a really nice and safe neighborhood and parking is always available and free on the street, right in front of the house.

There is an attached studio in the front of the house with its own separate entrance. There are no shared spaces.

Once a week our cleaning crew will show up to do maintenance on the property, water the plants, and take care of the jacuzzi.
