PETS
*Pets require owners written consent/ pre-approval - Once approved we ask a small pet fee of $200 per pet/ per stay (max 2 pets). Pet fee will be sent manually through platform if not available in booking. This is a strict rule and is in place to keep the furniture in amazing condition, to maintain the cleanliness of the home, and to protect guests with pet allergies. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate loss of your deposit.

Security / Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $2,500 is required and will be released after check-out if no damages are found.

A car is recommended or you can take a ride share to and from. We`re located just 10 minutes from Downtown Broadway and 20 minutes to the Nashville International Airport. We’re a breeze to get to and from.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, flat-screen TV, coffee maker, exposed brick features, furnished deck, professional gas grill, fire pit, soapstone counter tops, private back yard w/huge porch/deck, in-ground pool, horseshoe driveway with parking for 6 vehicles and more

*We do have exterior security camera`s at our property for the safety of our family and our guests. This system includes outdoor security cameras at the front door and facing the backyard.

COVID-19 SANITIZATION
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

Upon check-in guests are responsible for inspecting the home and notifying hosts of any damages - Simply provide clear photographs and descriptions via the booking app.


No shoes inside.
No dogs in pool.
No visitors or guests.
No indoor or patio fires.
(Fireplaces are decorative only)
No weddings / parties / events.
Do not move furniture or decor.
No confetti, or glitter of any kind.
Absolutely no smoking on property.
No diving into pool, swim at own risk.
All checkout steps all must be preformed as stated.
If you lose the house keys there will be a charge of $150.
Arm the security system whenever you leave the property.
No minors to be in or around backyard without adult supervision.
Do not unplug or move ANY interior speakers. (This will ensue charges).
Do not move furniture or decor, Do not touch or remove artifacts from foyer.
Grey wash cloths are for makeup removal only, do not use white towels for this.
No glass in or around pool, please use the acrylic cups in cabinet at kitchen exterior door.
Do not use countertops for cutting or opening bottles, please use cutting boards for protection.
No recreational vehicles, buses, or trailers to be on property. No more than 4 vehicles in total per booking.
No decorating without prior written approval, taping, or adhering of any product to any property structures.
No commercial photo or video shoots.
If you choose to use fire pit seating please bring seat covers inside after use, do not leave outside overnight or in the rain.
(These covers are located in the basket on top on the dryer)
No pets without prior written consent by owners. (Two pet maximum - $200 per pet)
No pets on furniture / bedding or beds. All pets must be crated while unattended, no leashes attached while indoors please (claws will scratch floors) and please pick up after your pets.
For consideration of a partial refund guests must cancel their reservation upon check in, as to make dates available for replacement reservations.
Upon check-in guests are responsible for inspecting the home and notifying hosts of any damages - Simply provide clear photographs and descriptions via the booking app.
We offer early check ins/ late check out (if available) at $50 per hour, must be approved in writing in advance.

We allow dogs under 30 pounds ($200 per, pet fee) max 2 pets. Pet rules -
No pets on furniture / bedding.
All pets must be crated while unattended
Freshly groomed nails as not to damage floors etc
No leashes attached while inside (claws scratch the floors)
Please pick up after your pets

Refundable damage deposit of $2,500 is released after check-out if no damages are found. Failure to comply with house rules, payment terms, or checkout procedures may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
