Bedrooms Include: 1 Queen in the main bedroom, 1 Full in the 2nd bedroom, 1 set of Bunks with full safety rails and ladder in the 3rd bedroom.
We also include a Pack N Play for the little ones.
Bedrooms, bathroom and hallway are equipped with convenient nightlights for your safety.

This home is non-allergenic and has a strict no smoking, no vaping, no pet policy with hardwood floors throughout.

Beach Towels
You must provide your own bath and beach towels.

A dry rack is provided for your wet towels and clothing.

Gas and Electric Grills
Due to the Condo Association Policy and Fire Code, all grills must be kept outside no less than 6 feet from fencing, siding, cars and all structures during use.

Grills must be attended at all times during use.

Theft and Loss
The Condo Association and it’s owners are not responsible for lost or stolen personal or rented property including grills, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards and all other items.

Please keep all personal and rented property secured at all times.
