Beautiful newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa located at the exclusive Amelia Island Plantation. Guests can enjoy beach access directly across the street, biking and walking trails, as well as the beautiful golf courses offered on the property.

The charming and historic downtown of Fernandina Beach is a short 15-minute drive away.

This spacious, dog-friendly, non-smoking villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, Smart TVs, cable, and WiFi. The condo is located on the 3rd floor of an elevator building. The Amelia Island Plantation is the ideal location for a relaxing getaway and is perfect for families. Lounge in the private complex pool or enjoy the stunning beach located just across the street.

Our host was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We loved that the condo was located on the Omni Resort with all the amenities and restaurants that you need.

Great Place!!!

We loved our stay here at Amelia Island. It was our first time to the island and Roxanne was fabulous!!! She was so accommodating to our change in travel plans. The condo had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. Would highly recommend staying here!! The condo was clean, well stocked and close to beach and restaurants.

Listing a little misleading

Condo was very nice but the listing gave the impression that because the condo was in the Omni Resort property, all the Omni amenities were available to the condo occupants. In fact, the resort pool, tennis facility nor health center were not available to us. The only way we were allowed to play tennis is to pay for a pro led clinic or private lesson. The condo pool, by the way, was full of leaves and other tree debris and wasn't cleaned once in the two weeks we were there. Roxanne, our host, did arrange for us, at her expense, to exercise at the local YMCA when I voiced my concern with the listing.

Amazing place to stay

This is a great condo with a great location. Roxanne is great to work with. The location of this condo is convenient and the beach access is great. It is also a short drive to a lot great attractions. Condo is very clean 5stars

My favorite resort!

We have vacationed at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation for 20 years now, but this is the first time we haven't rented directly through Omni. Roxanne was organized, responsive and responsible. We had a plumbing issue (due to flooding in a lower level unit - not an issue with this condo) and she handled it quickly and professionally, and compensated us for the inconvenience. The condo is generall very nice with hardwood floors throughout and more updated than other units we've stayed in. The bathrooms need to be renovated. Master bath is very small. Lighting in both baths need to be updated and cleaned, along with the exhaust fans which are filthy. Everything about the resort is top notch and beautiful - spas, pool, food, restaurants, activities. Condo is very close to the beach and pool, or you can use the free shuttle.

Great location in Omni Resort

Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved how close the condo was to the beach and resort amenities. It was great to be able to walk to restaurants, mini golf, and bike/golf cart rentals. The condo was in an older building, but inside was clean, with modern decor, and had all the kitchen essentials, laundry facilities and even some games, which our kids enjoyed. Access was via door code, which made arrival and departure simple. There were a couple of negatives that did detract and hopefully the owners will be able to take care of them. The main issue for us was that the condo felt a bit damp and had a musty smell. For those sensitive to this, it may be a deal-breaker. Hopefully with the installation of a dehumidifier, this won’t be an issue. I’d also suggest bringing your own beach chairs as the ones provided were not usable. Roxanne was very responsive and helpful and I’m confident will address the above issues for future guests. Once resolved, I’d definitely recommend this condo for your stay in Amelia Island.

Feels like home!

Our family of five (+ dog), really enjoyed our stay at 2115 Beachwood! Within the first few minutes of arrival, one of our kids said “it’s not our home... but it feels like home!” Knowing the kids felt safe and comfortable, helped us get into “vacation / relaxation” mode more quickly. The property had everything needed, and we loved the decor — especially the charming dog paintings. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean — no “scary” surprises, here! The location is perfect — you could easily walk to many of the community amenities — and the checkin/ checkout process was so much easier than expected. The property owner, Roxanne, was very kind and welcoming, friendly, personable, quick to respond, and accommodating. After packing up and headed to the car, one of our other kids said, “can this be the place we stay every time we come to Amelia Island!?” I think that we all felt the same. — The Hills

Perfect Location

This place is great. Very comfortable, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. But, the best part is that this place is only two minute walk to the beach and the beach is amazing. You will love it! Also, Roxanne is an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions that we had. We will return! Jim & Jill
