Balsalm lake

Was very relaxing. Nice cozy cottage. Beautiful view of the lake and great for fishing. The host was amazing and very friendly. Was a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone!! 👍

Sunsets, multi level deck, great dock, all you really need unless you need luxury Enjoyed our stay, everything works and as advertised. Location is great with a store close by and a short drive to Fenlon, Bobcageyon,Lindsay all worth visiting Could use a little trimming on the grounds but water was warm, felt fairly private and the breeze kept bugs at bay.

Family getaway

My son and I stayed here for 2 weeks summer vacation. Loved every moment. Excellent location. Beautiful views of the lake. Sunsets every night. Easy to get to from the city. Charming towns just a quick drive away. Excellent communication with the owner. We’d certainly come back.

Family vacation

We stay at a different cottage every year for a week in the summer and this cottage was the cleanest we have ever rented - it was perfect and very well take care of! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The lake was awesome, perfect for swimming and amazing for paddle boarding. The kids didn’t want to leave. It was so quiet on the lake! We had an amazing time! Thanks for an awesome stay Michael and Anna!

Quaint cabin on beautiful lake

Spent a week with family. Cabin is located on South Bay. Water in August was warm, the bay is quite shallow (3 - 4 ft). Quiet location was good for sitting on the dock or around camp fire. Yard space was nice for the kids to play. BBQ and kitchen were a bit basic for family meal prep. No wifi but cell coverage is good (check your data plan). Bathroom/shower was small but manageable for our family of 4.

My wife and my two daughters enjoyed the time we stayed. Property as described . My suggestion please keep more water sports. Only one canue, no kayak or or any other water sports are there which I feel not sufficient for a family. fireplace inside the house worked properly and also outside fire pit works with firewood’s. Thanks to Michael to keep all essentials items inside kitchen which also very helpful if things goes run out. Very good experience.

Wonderful

Me and my friends visited the cottage and we had a wonderful time. It was clean and very organized. Everything that was listed in the cottage and we were able to enjoy ourselves with no issues. The Main thing one of my friends really liked was the fire pit since we where able to just relax by it and chat and we had no issues. Wonderful time/

Location is ideal

Beautiful views of the gorgeous lake. Lots of fun to be had in and around the water. Close to Fenelon Falls - a great little town.

The perfect little kawartha cabin

We had a great time relaxing at this perfectly sized cabin in the kawartha’s. The property is exactly as described in the listing and Michael is a fantastic host. The evenings were calm and quiet, while the nearby towns of fenelon falls and Lindsay were great to visit during the day. We would definitely like to return again!

Lovely Getaway

My family and I had a lovely time at this picturesque cottage. Michael was a great host, easy to communicate with, and provided us with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Private dock and canoeing in the beautiful lake were definite highlights as well as gorgeous sunsets by the outdoor bonfire pit. Highly recommended.

Definitely recommend

We had a great stay at Michael’s cottage. He’s very easy to communicate with, response quickly. Location is quite convenient, you can find stores, marinas and hikes nearby. Will definitely recommend!
