Welcome to Big Blue: Front Top — an oceanfront penthouse that sleeps 7 with unobstructed Atlantic views from every window. This top-floor retreat sits directly on Jacksonville Beach sand, making it perfect for multi-generational families who want luxury without the resort crowds.

The space spans three bedrooms with queen beds plus a twin daybed, accommodating your entire crew across 1,200 square feet. The master suite opens to a private oceanfront deck where you can watch sunrise over the Atlantic. Two full bathrooms mean no morning rush, while the open-concept living area flows seamlessly to ocean-facing windows that frame endless blue horizons.

Your group will love the fully equipped kitchen for preparing family meals after beach days, plus in-unit washer and dryer for sandy clothes and beach towels. Smart TVs in every bedroom keep everyone happy during afternoon breaks, while gigabit WiFi handles work calls and movie nights. The oceanfront location means you can watch your kids play in the sand from your living room.

Step directly from your door onto Jacksonville Beach — no crowded boardwalk or long resort walks. A 4-minute walk brings you to Mellow Mushroom for family pizza nights, while Salt Life Food Shack sits 10 minutes away for fresh grouper sandwiches and surf-culture vibes. Beaches Town Center, with Publix for groceries and family dining options, is a quick 3-minute drive when you need supplies.

Keyless entry eliminates check-in hassles for arriving families. We provide everything from beach towels to coffee K-cups, plus laundry detergent for longer stays. Free parking on-site means no hunting for spots with luggage and beach gear. Construction work in the area may cause minor noise during winter renovation season, but we have alternative properties if this concerns your group.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.

Loved our stay

This was our 2nd year staying here- having the top floor facing the ocean and sitting on the deck is one of our favorite things about this place. The location to Neptune Beach and all its restaurants and bars is perfect. We rented some bikes and went everywhere. Had a fantastic time!

Great place!

Great views, clean, comfortable beds, lots of extras. My only complaint would be that frying pans but everything else was A. Hope I can come back next year!!

Direct beach access with a fabulous deck

Perfect beachfront location - the large open deck is the perfect way to start and end each day. Direct beach access is so nice. Clean and well-maintained. Excellent communication with host team. Highly recommend and will stay again soon!

Great location!

This place was great! Nomad Hospitality was very easy to work with. The apartment its self was very clean and included a lot of items that don’t usually come with a rental (laundry detergent, coffee, tea, trash bags, paper towels, even spices and olive oil). The location was incredible. We will definitely be booking again.

Slice of Heaven

This property is exactly as described. The beautiful ocean view from the kitchen was stunning! Ocean views from every room but one. Smart TV’s in every room. The sand is literally 50 feet or less from house. The location is also fabulous, you feel safe and secure nestled in this high end neighborhood

Prime beach location

This place is clean, welcoming, and efficiently stocked. We had everything we needed and the ice maker was a big plus. It’s a comfortable and adorable space. Only negative is it is over priced. That being said we had a wonderful weekend and made fantastic memories!

I will definitely be back

This property was amazing and everything that my friends and I could’ve asked for. Without using too many crazy adjectives I’ll cut straight to the point. I’m a 22 year old senior in college. I had never booked a condo with friends before. Also I don’t ever leave reviews…. This was the easiest process I could’ve ever imagined. Everything was clean. We had cooking utensils. We even had dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Easy communication. Beautiful beach. It was just perfect. I could say much more tbh but I’ll leave it at that. I will definitely be back!

We were front and center to the ocean views, just a short walk over the dunes to the beach! Weather was stormy, but still beautiful to watch the waves and tides change.Very responsive management, and very nice accomodations! Will be back!

Phenomenal stay

I stayed here for almost a month and loved every minute of it. The views are breathtaking and the deck is very convenient. The hosts are exceptional at communication and making sure you have everything you need. The location is perfect; parking is easy. Cannot wait to be back!!

This place has everything

Ok- short summary of who we are: large family with 5 kids, ages 10-17, always been gulf-side FL visitors. Booked this property last minute to relax for a few days and catch up with friends that just moved to Jax. 1. Location: Wow. Perfect. Literally ON the beach. View is amazing. Free public parking lot next to property. 2. Unit layout: 3 bedrooms(2 queen, 1 triple bunk), 2 full baths, kitchen/living area, deck on the ocean. 3. Amenities: did you forget laundry detergent, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, BEACH TOWELS? Don’t worry about it! It’s ALL here! 4. Updated appliances/decor: tv in every room, Roku, wifi, new washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, range, dishwasher, and….. ice machine! Super awesome, crunchy little ice! 5. Kitchen set-up: filter pitcher, dishes, flatware, utensils, grill, even spices are stocked. We could not stop commenting on just how EASY it was to check in, relax and not make a shopping list of things we forgot or needed to get once we saw what the unit already had. Who wants to take time out of your vacation and go to the grocery store? Nope- just bring the food with you and the rest is taken care of. I really don’t want to tell you how awesome this place is- we would love to keep it our little secret so we can book it whenever we want to! This rental company was awesome with communication right from the booking, easy check in, easy check out. Met the cleaning crew as we were packing up and they were all so lovely and pleased that we were so happy with everything. Already checking our schedules for next year and looking to book this cute little unit again!

Awesome everything

The pictures were accurate, the parking great and the communication (with a new app) was phenomenal. We love this property and will stay here every time we are in Jacksonville Beach. Lots of grocery and liquor store close and restaurant selection is great OR you can grill while taking in scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Bonus - there is a built in ice maker that makes trips to the C store totally unnecessary.

A seashell's throw from the ocean!

Perfect for us, our two teens and dog. The upper oceanside has great views. Next to a big hotel but beach not overcrowded, lifeguard on duty right there. Some walkable restaurants, nice dog-walking neighborhood. We would definitely come back!

GUYS TRIP

This rental was perfection. My friends and I could not have asked for a better place to stay during our golf vacation. It was close to superb golfing and was the ideal place to relax after a long day on the course.
