Lovely stay at cape winds this past week! We had everything we needed, even beach chairs and quick dry towels so we could enjoy the beach! The pool was amazing. What a nice quiet place to relax.

Fantastic vacation!

We had an amazing time- steps from the beach, great view from the balcony, and plenty of space for all 5 of us! We would definitely stay again!

Space Center Weeked

We had a wonderful stay and it was perfect size for our family of 5. We loved the proximity to the ocean as well as all the fun. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the relaxing getaway

Very clean and convenient to both the beach and restaurants. Beach was great and the pool and hot tub were clean. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a great time during our stay. We enjoyed the beach, pool, tennis/basketball court and we even got to see SpaceX launch Falcon 9 from the front and back balcony! Would definitely come again:)

Beautiful condo on the beach with pool. Great location. Enjoyed sunrise and full moon walks on the beach. Very relaxing. Loved our stay.

Awesome Beach Access

My family of four appreciated the cleanliness of the property and amenities this property offers. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and were close to the beach. We even got to catch a rocket launch. It was very quiet area and the sound of the ocean was nice to fall asleep to. Our patio was very spacious. I saw in a few other reviews a few people complained about pigeons and their mess on the patio. We did encounter pigeons and a small amount of mess. The Pool and Hot Tub on site were very clean and a nice place to relax after along day of exploring the area.

Perfect little stay before Crusing

Decided to come into town early to stay few days at beach. It was perfect little pre-cruise fun. The condo was clean and had all amenities. It is a little outdated with the size of TV and some of the furniture but for what we wanted it for the beach and pool was perfect.

Beach Bliss

This location was great for what we needed. Tucked away off the main road, in a quiet area of Cape Canaveral, right on the beach. Parking under the tennis courts, in the shade was a bonus. The condo itself needs a little TLC, however it was a nice place and we would certainly stay here again. Nice view from the large balcony. Big pool. Wish we could have stayed for the month!

Could be a great rental

Balcony view is excellent. Ancient balcony furniture. Neither of the balcony doors lock. Furniture is old and not comfortable. Recliner is gross with sweat stains. Hair dryer was broken. Shower had mold and a cheap plastic shower shower head. Old fridge with rust around the water/ice dispenser but worked fine. The breaker box buzzed many times when the a/c went on. The a/c vent in the hall was loaded with mold on the vanes. Nice beach chairs and pads but umbrella needs to be replaced. Bed was ok, mattress was okay. With some TLC this could be a great place. Small TVs and DVD player doesn't work. I Hate getting charged a cleaning fee and having to help start the cleaning for the cleaners. I'm on vacation to get away from that. Don't have to do that at a hotel and they don't charge a cleaning fee. I don't mind taking out the garbage but that's it. Won't go back until this place is renovated.

Fab location!!

You cannot beat the location of this place! Literally 30 seconds to the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. We enjoyed many a sunset (and thunderstorm!) on the balcony each evening. Yes the place is a little dated but it was spotless when we arrived and has everything you need for a great holiday. Lots of beach bits and pool noodles for the kids and beach towels which was a really nice touch. Beds were all super comfy! We only used the family bathroom shower and it had good pressure etc. kitchen appliances all worked well and there were all the utensils and pots and pans we needed. The only thing we’d have changed would be the blinds, they could do with replacing as have been repaired with tape so kept falling down but it was a really minor thing and had no real impact on our holiday. We were even able to get in early which was helpful as we arrived in a thunderstorm! We would definitely come back!

Staycation

Stay was great. Location of unit was perfect. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Pickleball courts. Saw 2 rocket launches which were awesome!!! Would definitely stay again. I am a clean freak as my husband would say. Felt the unit was super clean. 4 rating was only due to the fact there is carpet in the bedrooms which could use a good cleaning - again everything else was clean with all the cook ware you could want. As we live local and drove, we brought a lot of our own cooking spices, etc. if you plan to cook you will need to shop or bring your own. Had a great stay, weather was great and look forward to returning to the property. Oh - A/C was not working properly when we arrived and after notifying management company they were right on it. Jaden was great!!!

Clean but a little worn

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was impeccably clean. But very dated. I do think that. 5pm check is is unnecessary! The vertical blinds were missing slats. We found them the last day under the bed! That being said we did have a wonderful time the beach was less than 500 steps. I’m very impressed with the unit being so clean. Even with shag carpet. It made up for the vintage decor. I did try to contact someone several times and never heard anything. We even checked out early but did not know who to contact.

Nice unit inside, deck was a total mess.

Unit was fine, except for deck. Informed you all about problems with pigeons nesting and ask to be taken care of. What nest were there were gone that afternoon, but for some reason the deck was not cleaned a bit, droppings all over the place. Pigeons were still there the rest of my stay. Deck was absolutely filthy and pigeons stayed. Could not enjoy the deck at all between the pigeons and progressively worse dropping, absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. Was never contacted back about anything, figured you didn’t even care enough about your guest so I didn’t even try to call back. Such a shame the unit was nice, but undoubtedly no one on your end cared about your guest. Shame on you.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time. The place was perfect and the pool was divine. We needed a relaxing few days away from home and this property fit the bill. Another reviewer mentioned the place needed some TLC. That is true, but very minor. (Some wallpaper curling at the edges and some missing vertical blinds from the bedroom.) Do not attempt to use the ice maker. When we did, it leaked all over the floor of the kitchen. The people that stayed there before us started a load of towels (as required by owner) and it was still in the washer. We happened to be there for the crew launch at 3:30 am. It was a nice site to see. We spent most of our time at the pool. There were only a few people there and it was quite peaceful. Everyone staying there was very nice. Nobody was unruly or roughhousing. The check in process was easy - just need to know the code. Check out was seamless - just run the towels, strip the beds, start the dishwasher, and leave. I will keep this property saved in my favorites and definitely stay there again.
